Kongpob's POV:
My name is Kongpob Suthiluck, Kong for short. I am turning 19 and also the only son of the Suthiluck family. I have two older sisters and very loving parents. We live with my grandfather, Khemkhaeng Suthiluck, one of the most powerful businessman in not just Thailand but South East Asia. His long built empire produces cutting-edge and revolutionary electrical appliances.
Being the powerful and reputable man that he is, many respected him and many more feared him but he has always been the lovely grandfather that spoils me and gives me everything that I ever wish for, literally everything. If my parents refuse me, I would just turn to my grandfather and I will get what I want. So, yes you can say that I am a spoiled rich brat. But in my defense, my family have brought me up to be a fine gentleman with great moral and values. In fact, I am very obedient and often do as I am told. That's because everything have been set into stone for me since birth, even my future life partner. Not that it matters since I trust my grandfather's judgement and decision in almost everything.
And now, this rich brat who's always been sheltered and protected by his family is about to take the next step in his life. I will be joining university. I wanted to do Economics but the nature of my family's business requires me to do engineering instead. Oh well, not to brag or anything but I have always done relatively well in my studies regardless. Let's just hope I find something to like and enjoy at the end of this.
Arthit's POV:
I am Arthit Rojnapat, my friends and family calls me Ai'Oon. I am a third year Engineering student and this coming semester I will be the new head hazer. God knows how I will do that when I still enjoy watching Disney movies and cry everytime I watch Titanic or The Notebook. Hey, in my defense, people who doesn't cry watching these are the heartless ones.
I am the only child so I am quite pampered by my parents. Well they were really young when they had me so they are quite the 'hip' kind of parents. They usually let me get what I want but not before earning it of course. They believed that I should always earn what I want and not get things handed to me since that is how they started off their lives too.
We're quite well off, I mean my dad runs one of the only robotics company in Thailand and the few in South East Asia. But it wasn't always sunshine and rainbows for them to get where they are now. My father married an orphan girl who had nothing and earned his father's rage. So basically, the only heir of the Rojnapat business empire was kicked out of his home and had to start anew.
I can say that how my parents raised me did help me adapt to university easier and I had so many adventures already with my crazy group of friends. But joining the hazing team will definitely be the best adventure to come. I can't wait to see those juniors' faces. I hope they can learn just as much as I did when I was a freshman.
Daeng's POV:
My name is Dauenpheun Kongtanin, I know a pretty sissy name for a dude but people call me Daeng. I was born on a night of a "blood moon" lunar eclipse. Hence my name and nickname I guess. I live in Australia most my life, despite being a Thai native. Mainly because my grandfather, Natchara Kongtanin, resides here years ago. My parents split when I was like 2 and I followed my mother here. My grandfather was furious at what his only daughter had to go through so we were forbidden to ever step foot in Thailand even after mom passed away. Not long after my mom's passing, my grandfather told me my father too has followed in her path. So I was orphaned at age 9 but I had little worries or complains because my grandfather made sure I had everything I need.
But his hate for my father's family meant I hear and know very little of my father and his family. My grandfather was a highly respected businessman. Despite the difficulties he faced to start a business from scratch on foreign land, he managed to build his empire. And with that influence and power, he tried to keep me away from my father's family.
So when grandfather passed away two months ago when I turned 17, I did my own digging and investigation on my father's family and decided to return back to my home country. Grandfather can crawl out of his grave and smack me all he wants but I have nothing here in Australia. Well that's technically a lie, I am supposed to inherit my grandfather's business. But I meant I have nobody left so I've arranged for our head office to transfer its holding and control to the Thailand branch.
It was and will be a hassle but my butler cum guardian cum Company Secretary, Uncle Noi has got it under control. Not after nagging me for hours but he'll do it. I mean, he knows why I want to go back so much. He was my grandfather's most trusted man and someone my mother considered her brother. So basically he is family. He spent his whole life serving my family so wherever I go he goes.
This is it. Once everything is settled next month, I will be back in Thailand and attending one of the most prestigious university. I will claim back what is mine. A Kongtanin on a mission, should never be underestimated.
