I have yet to tame this awesome blue horse but like I said in the previous chapter you must come prepared with food that gives you extra stamina.
It's located on Satori Mountian and it will be walking in a pond near a pink willow tree. I think it's a willow tree. It might not be there the first time you go to tame it but hopefully it won't be like mine. I haven't even seen the blue horse. But my friends tell me you can tame it. So hope this helps you.
