Ethan's POV

Grayson: Dude! How much was this?!
Ethan: Don't worry about it, your welcome though 😉
Grayson: She's gonna love it, thank you

Just then someone came into the room. It was the doctor

Doctor: Ok so it seems like Grayson is healing up pretty well, which is great. He can probably be out of here in about a day or two.
Grayson: Really?!

Grayson's face lit up with a smile

Doctor: Yes, just take care of yourself
Grayson: I will

The doctor walked out of the room passing by y/n. I guess she noticed how happy Grayson was by the look on her face.

Y/n: What happened in here
Grayson: I get to get out in a day or two!
Y/n: Yayy omg I cant wait
Ethan: I can't wait either, but wait, don't we still have school?
Grayson: Omfg I wanna die now
Y/n: Ethan you killed everything! ☹️
Ethan: Hey hey, don't blame me blame school!
Y/n: Ugh what if we just don't go for the first week gray gets out, we need to  live a little.
Grayson: Agree
Ethan: I do tooooo
Y/n: One week off it is, we better make the most out of it.

Grayson's POV
*10 pm*

Ethan was asleep on the couch again, I guess he must've been really tired. Y/n was in my hospital bed with me. Her head rested on my chest meanwhile she was on her phone. She was scrolling through Instagram and stopped at a post. It read, "The little things he does is what makes my heart beat fast." I don't think she knew I was looking but she stared at it for a while, liked it, then kept scrolling.

A few minutes later I grabbed her phone from her hands and turned it off.

Y/n: Gray! Give it backkk!

She was looking up at me upside down. I laughed and grabbed her face then kissed her beautiful lips.

Gray: Wanna go eat ice cream in the cafeteria?
Y/n: Grayson the cafeterias closed by now.
Grayson: Doesn't have to be

She laughed

Grayson: Come on babe let's go!!
Y/n: Ugh fine *laughs*

She got up and so did I. She was wearing grey joggers and a black crop top. I grabbed her hand and started walking towards the cafeteria. The hallways were dark and quiet.

Y/n: I cant believe we're doing this right now. How are we even gonna get in?
Gray: Not sure but I'll figure it out watch

We got to the cafeteria and y/n pulled on the door.

Y/n: yep it's locked
Grayson: It's push not pull 😂

I pushed the door and it still didn't move

Y/n: ItS pUsH nOt PuLl
Grayson: Whatever *laughs*
Y/n: So what's your plan now?

I stayed quiet for a few seconds thinking of what to do

Grayson: Do you have any bobby pins
Y/n: Yeah?
