Luke and I ended up falling asleep after that and of course the others ended up waking us up as they were hungry. "Will you go to the shop and buy me some gummy worms?" Michael pouts as we put our shoes on and I sigh, nodding my head. "Yay!" he giggles and Luke rolls his eyes, causing Michael to flick him on the arm. "Stop being moody, you had to get up at some point" Michael smirks and Luke smiles a little, standing up. "We'll be back in a bit" Luke yawns before he grabs hold of my hand and we both leave the room.

Our college was only a 5 minute walk from the shopping centre so Luke and I decided to walk, hoping it may wake us up a little. "Have you got class tomorrow?" I ask and Luke nods. "Yeah but it's pretty early, whys that babe?" he asks. "Well Ellie said that Michael's taking her out tomorrow plus I think Ashton and Jade are spending the weekend at Jade's house as they haven't got any classes on Monday so I'll be on my own tomorrow" I pout and he chuckles. "I'm pretty sure you'll still be asleep when I get back from class and how about when I'm back we'll go out for breakfast or something?" Luke smiles and I nod, leaning up and kissing him on the lips.

The rest of the walk was quiet, just the two of us enjoying one another's company until we reached the town centre. "If I go order the food will you go and get Mike's gummy worms?" Luke asks and I nod before we both head off our separate ways.

As I walked towards the shops I could hear someone shouting behind me but I ignored it and continued walking. "Hey!" he says, tapping me on the shoulder and I turn around. "You're Poppy Brown right?" the boy asks and I slowly nod my head. "I don't even know you so how do you know my name?" I ask and the boy laughs. "Don't you remember me? I went to school with you? I'm jake" he says and I shake my head. "I don't remember any jake..." I say before turning around and walking towards the shop. I could hear his footsteps behind me still so I turned around again. "Why are you following me?" I ask and he smiles. "Why not? You're a beautiful girl" he says and I roll my eyes, walking into the shop. This time that Jake boy didn't follow me. I went over to the sweet section in the shop and grabbed Michael's gummy worms before heading over to the till and paying. When I left the shop Jake was sat on the wall outside. He scarily reminded me of Calum, the black jacket, the black vans and honestly I wanted to be as far away as possible from him. "Poppy are you still dating Luke?" he calls out as I walk past him? "Why do you care?" I ask and he chuckled. "I think you should check up on him, I heard he's in some trouble" he smirks and I run up the street to where Luke is.

When I turn around the corner Luke is sat on the pavement, his hands over his mouth. "Luke, oh my god what happened baby?" I ask, kneeling down In front of him and be just shakes his head. I notice how his hands are covered in blood and that he keeps wincing. "Use this for now until we get back" I say, taking my flannel off and gently pressing it onto his lip. "We're there people around you to stop him when he hurt you?" I ask and he shakes his head. "You're okay now Luke, I promise the next time I see him I'll have a word with him, I'll make sure he won't hurt you again"
