four : interrogation

i jolt awake again and find myself in a new room.
i'm tied up in a new chair, facing the exit door.

i look around the room and am immediately taken back to rey.
she told me about this room.

"he will try to get into your mind and rip out all that you love. all that you—" my thought of her immidiately vanishes by a slamming open of the door.

it-

it's kylo ren.

quit it ki, you aren't afraid of him. remember what rey told you.

"kiara? is it?"

i stare directly at him, not saying a word.

"rey's apprentice. jedi in training is it?"

"why were you sent here?" he says shutting the door behind him, and inching closer to me.

i empty my mind and attempt my best to stay calm, but can't stop imagining the look of poe being dragged away by the troopers, then i think back to us exiting the planet—-

don't tell him the name of the planet. Kiara. keep resisting.

"your worried."

"for your friend."

"not to worry, he's somewhere,  we just didn't know what planet to send him back to."

"which planet would that be on?"

"i won't tell you."

"let's find out" he says reaching his hand out, and getting inside of my head.

i empty my mind once more, and resist any temptation to think of the rebels.

rey.

quit it. kiara.

rey. she's after skywalker.

no. resist kiara. RESIST.

"he will try to get into your mind and rip out all that you love. all that you—"

"the girl."

no.

"you've seen her. rey."

silence again.

"one last chance. where is the location of the rebel base?"
he reaches his hand out again, inflicting pain and pressure throughout my entire body.

i try my hardest to resist and scream in pain and agony.
"GET OUT OF MY HEAD" i scream

this continues for the next few minutes until he surrenders and says :
"you will stay here until we find the location of the rebels."

i attempt to struggle free from the chains, as soon as those words come out of his mouth

"and, just to be clear if you even think of escaping, we will find you and exterminate you and every planet in your course."

he pushes the restraints on tighter as i scream
in agony again.
i become lightheaded again as i feel the straps tighten around my stomach and arms.

the screams slow down, as well as my breaths: becoming faster and faster until all i see is him fading into darkness.
