Chapter 2

BTW this is what happened during last chapter

Rayman's POV

Im not sure why i was created exactly.

(Not that i didnt want to be created.)

I vaguely remember something about 'preserving the equilibrium ' of the world, but I've been doing anything but that. Ive pretty much just hung out in this big tree with my friends. Nothing really ever happens. Sometimes i hear weird noises coming from below us, but thats about it.

Then one day something did happen.

We were just sitting on our branch, when all of a sudden a skull flys into my detached hand. we all flip out. Then all of a sudden, we're surrounded by monster creature things. I don't remember what happened from that point, but i do know that now im sitting in a cage inside the tree.

Well i can cross one thing off of my things-i-never-thought-i-would-do list: Get captured by monsters and suffer crippling depression!

Luckilly i didnt have to ait for very long, because by sheer luck, just as all the monsters left, a girl came in. She looked vaguely familiar. She had long red hair, small wings, a green skirt and halter top, and a long peaked hat. She looked around, then looked straight at me. Her eyes widened.

"Hello, Rayman." She said.

Betilla's POV

"Do i know you?" Said Rayman.

Insert facepalm here

"Yes, dummy." I say exasperated. "I created you out of 'mystical moonbeams ' or whatever. Total waste of my magic..."
There was an awkward silence.
"Well good talk." he said. "I'll just be sitting here."
"Oh yeah. I suppose ill get you out." I said and flew up to the cage. I stuck my finger inside the unnessicarily huge lock. Seriously they shuld make them smaller. Within a minute the lock clicked and Rayman jumped onto the floor.
"So in case yu weren't already aware, all the monster things flew all over the glade of dreams..." he said.
"I'm fully aware of this, yes." I say. "Now is the perfect opporitunity to prove that youre not a huge waste of my time."
He frowned. "I assume you want me to do so on my own."
"Oh, no." I said. "I know you could never do it by yourself.
