Me and Ricky were getting dressed in our room. I saw Ricky without his shirt on yet looking out the window looking kind of sad.

"You ok?" I asked.

"Hm," Ricky turned around, "yeah, I'm just thinking about how Lucille from Europe is doing right now."

"I thought we all agreed to forget about that adventure?"

"Yeah I know," Ricky said looking back out the window. "But don't you think that she actually misses us?"

I thought about that question for moment. "I don't know. Maybe."

Ricky walked to his bed and finally put on his shirt. "Well I think so. Maybe we can ask Mom if we can make that strawberry cake recipe again."

"I guess." I said kind of quietly.

"What, you don't really like the cake or something?" Ricky asked.

"No no its pretty good, I just don't think Mom would want to buy a lot of strawberries. Plus, it'll probably be gone since people are trying to stock up before the storm."

"Ok. But we're still asking." Ricky said with a smirk.

"I guess."

"Ok, is everyone ready to go?" Mom asked with a bit of enthusiasm in her voice.

"Yep." We all answered.

"Is Lucille in her car seat?"

"Yes." Dad answered.

"Ok," Mom opened the door, "fingers crossed we'll make it back home before the storm."

As we walked to the car I noticed some gray clouds starting to form. The store is not far from here, we'll probably make it. But I was still pretty nervous.

"Mommy," J.D. pulled Mom's sleeve, "I see gray clouds." He pointed to the sky.

"Then that means we better hurry." Mom said.

What felt like 0.5 seconds later, we were pulling off the driveway. We finally arrived at a Kroger Marketplace and we quickly got out the minivan.

As I went inside, a huge wave of Starbucks coffee and groceries scent hit me and I didn't really enjoy it.

"Oh, Mom," Ricky called to Mom, "I forgot to ask you this. Can we make that strawberry cake again?"

"Oh yeah! Can we can we?" J.D. asked jumping up and down.

"Well its see if they have enough strawberries left then we'll see." Mom said as we made our way to the produce section.

Luckily, there were about 10 packs left. "Dwayne, can grab three of those?" Mom asked.

I grabbed three of the packs of strawberries and put them in the cart. Dad put a bag of potatoes in the cart as well.

"That means we'll probably need more flour and eggs, don't we?" Mom assumed.

"Yep." Ricky said.

"Okay, let's go get the rest of the groceries."
