Chapter 7 - Graduation

It's the day of the end of high school for Hannah + Luke! It's gonna be sad but really happy for them because they were friends freshman, sophomore + junior year + now after 2 years of being together, they're engaged!

*The list will just be the cast's characters. Even though there's a lot of other graduates. The "*" means who valedictorian.*

(Principal Foster) And now a few words from our valedictorian, Hannah Williams.

The crowd applauds.

(Hannah) Fellow Graduates of Northeast High School, when we came here for our first day of these 4 years, some of us didn't know how we would fit in with the big kids, and some of us did. High School was really tough for some of us and wasn't for some of us. When I came into this high school our freshman year, I was always bullied by the big kids and due to that, I was thinking negative thoughts that I shouldn't have thought about because it would haunt me until Senior year but I didn't let it get to me because I have my best friends, Isabella Johnson + Noah Miller because without them, I wouldn't call them my brother + my sister. Most importantly, the negativity didn't get to me because of my boyfriend of 2 years, Luke Hemmings! He's always been there for me through thick and thin and so has Isabella and Noah. So, standing here in front of you today is amazing because I'm finally out of the closet and nobody's shutting me out. I just got in to Juilliard School in NYC because I love to act and sing. Thank you!

The crowd applauds, Hannah walks off stage, Principal Foster comes on stage.

*Even though Principal Foster is saying the seniors' names by Alphabetical order. We're just skipping the letters of the alphabet after the cast's character. They're just gonna walk up, get their diploma, shake hands, walks off the stage, stands up in front of their chairs.*

The graduation music starts to play. (Principal Foster) And now our seniors! The crowd applauds + continues through the calling of the graduates. Abigail Anderson. Brad Evans. Luke Hemmings. Isabella Johnson. Noah Miller. Madison Scott. Hannah Williams. The crowd stops applauding. (Principal Foster) Move your tassles from right to left. The seniors do so. (Principal Foster) Congratulations Northeast High Class of 2018! The crowd applauds + the graduates toss their caps. Luke finds Hannah, he picks her up in his arms, spins her around + kisses her. (Luke) We did it, baby! (Hannah) I know + I'm sorry if I didn't tell you about Juilliard, I couldn't do it yet until it was the right time. (Luke) I'm so proud of you baby! Isabella + Noah come in to hug them. (Isabella) We did it you guys! Hannah, congratulations on getting into Juilliard! (Hannah) Thanks Bella! (Noah) Luke, congratulations on getting into the military! Hannah was surprised! (Hannah) Wow. Luke, that's amazing! I'm so proud of you! Would you excuse me? Hannah walks away. Hannah ends up outside. Someone calls out her name! (Someone) Hannah! Hannah turns around + sees Luke! (Hannah) Luke, I don't wanna hear it! Why didn't you tell me you were going to the military? (Luke) Because you were so excited about getting into Juilliard! I couldn't ruin that! (Hannah) I would've understood! I thought the point of being in a relationship was supposed to tell each other everything + not keep any secrets! You're my everything Luke, but now going into the military was the secret you couldn't tell me? I had to find out from our best friends because you told them because you weren't ready to tell me! Wow! Hannah turns around + walks back to the gym to say hi to her family. Luke pulls her arm + kisses his Hannah! They pull apart, Luke puts his hands on his Hannah's cheeks, rubs it with his thumbs + puts his nose on her nose. (Luke) I'm sorry about not telling you + it will never ever happen again, I promise you! (Hannah) Are you sure because if you're keeping another secret that you promised me you would tell me + you didn't, then it's over between us! (Luke) I'm absolutely positively sure! I'm not gonna lose you because I don't wanna lose you! (Hannah) I don't wanna lose you either but I'm gonna be strong when you're gone! How long are you gonna be gone for? Luke takes a deep breath. (Luke) 3 years! (Hannah) 3 years! Wow! I'm so happy for you! When do you leave? (Luke) Next week. (Hannah) We have 6 days until you leave. What do you want to do? (Luke) Have you in my arms for 6 days because I won't be able to hold you for 3 years. (Hannah) When do you want to start? (Luke) Does now work for you? (Hannah) Yeah. Just let me go inside + say goodbye to my family + then I'll be right out.

5 minutes later. Hannah gets outside, gets in Luke's car, Luke gives his beautiful NOW fiancee a long, passionate kiss and drive off as they become official Northeast High School Alumni! When they got home, Hannah was in Luke's arms to start a 6-day relationship. 

7 days later. Today is the day that Luke is leaving for 3 years. Luke has his bags all packed up, has his stuff on. Luke sees his beautiful Hannah standing at the door, crying. Luke has his arms open. (Luke) Come here baby. Hannah walks to him + gets into his arms. They pull apart. (Luke) Wow, look at us! From being high school juniors being in love to us being high school graduates, while being engaged. I can't believe I won't see you for 3 years. It's gonna hurt like heck but we'll make it work! (Hannah) You promise! (Luke) Of course I promise! Because this job isn't gonna tear us apart because I love you way too much that it'll never happen. You're my girl! I want you to be my forever! Will you? (Hannah) Of course I'll be! Now you should go or you're gonna be late. Luke has a long, passionate kiss with his Hannah. (Luke) I love you so much. (Hannah) I love you too. Luke leaves + Hannah shuts the door.

3 years later. Hannah drives to the airport to pick up Luke. She gets a text notification:

From Fiance:

Hey babe! Walk outside there's a surprise.

-Luke

Hannah walks outside + sees a man outside of a limo. The driver's name was Eric. 

(Eric) Hello Ms. Williams. (Hannah) Hi! Please call me Hannah! (Eric) Of course, Hannah. Mr. Hemmings requested a surprise for you. Hannah nods. Eric opens the door to the backseat and Luke comes out! (Luke) Get into these big arms babygirl! Hannah goes into Luke's arms, he picks her up, spins her around + kisses her passionately. (Hannah) Luke, I missed you so much! (Luke) Same here. I can't believe I finally came home to the love of my life. Let's go home + please be in my arms. (Hannah) Always do, always have, always will. Luke + Hannah go in the limo + Eric drives off.
