Act 4: Headaches and Pages

CELOSIA'S HANDS SHOOK WITH FEAR.
Her pupils dilated as Alexander slowly walked towards her, his steps thundering.
"What the actual hell is wrong with her eyes?" Alexander spat as he stared at Celosia with a look mixed with fear and confusion.
Lilian's eyes darted frantically as she paced in front of Celosia.
"Hi Alexander." Lilian smiled, as she forced each word out like they were killing her.
"Move."
Lilian's palms grew sweaty.
"Darling, I-I have to talk to you about something." Lilian stuttered. Her heart rate quickened by the second as she faced the quickly approaching Alexander.
"It can wait. MOVE."
Lilian heaved a sigh as Alexander shoved her out of the way.
"Now girl. Tell me who you are-"
Alexander's voice left him. The girl in front of him had long dark hair, and a red hood over her, covering her slim figure.
As Celosia's head slowly raised, her eyes came into view.
Celosia looked up at Alexander with baby blue eyes, that stared earnestly inot his.
"W-wha...?" Alexander stared at the young girl who now looked five to six years younger than him.
Celosia tucked her hands under her cloak as she tilted her heard to the side, staring at Alexander.
"Your eyes... they were just amber."
Celosia tucked a strand behind her ear as she stared at Alexander with her very real, and very blue eyes.
"I'm sorry I don't know what you mean. My eyes were and have always been blue."
Alexander shook his head frantically hands curled into fists.
"I know what I saw." He spat venomously, his brows creasing together. "I know what I saw."
Celosia shook her head, and grimaced.
"I'm afraid not."
Wih one elegant movement Celosia turned into a blur of red and black, hitting Alexander in the head.
As he began to sway and the world became blurry, he could faintly see Lilian run up to him, a worried look crossing her usually perfect features.
"What did you do?!"
Celosia shrugged. "Knocked him out. By the time he wakes up he won't remember a thing."
As the images blurred, Alexander fought to stay awake.
"Dammit Alexander stay awake!"
Celosia's calm expression turned into a stressed one.
"Do you know who he is?" Lilian turned to ask Celosia, her eyes boring into hers.
Celosia shook her head.
Alexander slowly closed his eyes as the world along with the voices faded out.
The last thing he heard was Celosia mutter; "Crap."

The ceiling was the ugliest shade of pink Alexander had ever saw.
He literally got shivers when he opened his eyes to be faced by that ugly colour.
His head was still swirling as he slowly sat up, wondering what had happened to him.
His eyes looked around as he slowly heaved himself up with one arm.
The bed sagged beneath him as he realized his feet were dangling from the end of the bed.
"Oh thank the lords you're finally awake." Lilian groaned, walking into the room as she shut the door with her foot. "Getting drunk in the morning? Not a good idea."
Alexander let out a low grunt as he rubbed his temples, feeling an oncoming headache.
"What happened?" Alexander forced out. "Why can't I remember anything?"
Lilian smiled and put her hands on her hips.
"That's what you get for being drunk in bright daylight."
Alexander's head pounded. "How did you find me?"
Lilian rolled her eyes like the perfect actress she was and smirked.
"Stumbled right to me, drunk as hell. Missed me didn't you?"
Alexander ignored her.
As he fought the oncoming slaughter of pain, his eyes darted around the room, looking for a way to cease the rage going on inside his head.
Then his eyes found it. The small plastic baggie sitting on the wooden chair filled with delectable red blood.
"Give me." He whispered, as his pointed at the bag.
Lilian rolled her eyes once more before going to retrive it.
"You owe me." Lilian muttered as she handed Alexander the bag, an annoyed look in her eyes.
"Your welcome." Lilian mocked as she watched Alexander hungrily gulp down the liquid.
The more Alexander drank, the less his headache hurt. He'd finished the pouch, and his headache had been reduced to a light thud.
"May I come in?" A light voice sang from behind the door. Lilian grinned as she pulled the door open, the creaking echoing.
Celosia stepped in as she curtsied, her black hair covering her face.
"I believe we haven't met yet." Celosia smiled at Alexander, her blue eyes reflecting the sun. "My name's Celosia Amben."
Alexander studied the girl before giving her an icy stare.
"Alexander Terron. King. You may call me your majesty." he replied, not wasting a second glance on the poor girl who stood in front of him.
Celosia only smiled, though the hate behind her eyes could kill.
"Your majesty, don't judge a book by it's cover. Or it just might come back to bite you." She whispered, her eyes burning.
Alexander stared at the girl for a second. The thudding in his head slowly grew louder and more painful until Alexander was in agony again.
Just like magic, the headaches had started again.
