The bell of the school rings informing the student that class has now started. Students who are still in the hallways rush themselves to go to their respective classes.
Jisoo sat up on her desk and looked at the empty desk beside her. She started to count every second and continuously looking at the door.
"Where is that crack-head?" She asked herself and rolled her eyes.
The teacher who is 5 minutes late entered the classroom and searched up the crowd. She frowned when she noticed that a certain person is not in her class yet.
"Where's Jennie Kim? Ditching class again?" The teacher said and started to discuss.
In the middle of the discussion, the intercoms in the school started to blast BIGBANG's Bang Bang Bang. The teacher frowned and went out. Everyone starting to talk about it.
"Don't tell me, it's-" Rosé was cut off when the person in the radio room started to speak.
"Good morning, everyone! It's Jennie Kim! Sorry for interrupting your classes." Jennie said and cleared her throat.
"Kim Jisoo, I know you're listening. Meet me at the Art's building rooftop this break. Thank you, everyone. And have a good day."
Everyone teased her, they stopped when the teacher caught their attention and goes on with the discussion.
"Perks of being the school director's daughter." The teache shook her head.
Jisoo secretly used her phone and sent a message to Jennie.
To: Jennie
What was that you crazy ass?! I'll kill you.
After a couple of seconds, Jennie replied.
From Jennie:
You're so sweet. I've melted. See you at the rooftop, 'kay?
"Ms. Kim, can you refrain from using phone during school hours?" The teacher scolded her.
"Sorry, Miss Park." She bowed.
Finally, after an hour, the teacher dismissed them. Jisoo obliged what Jennie has told her earlier. She went to her locker to put up her books when she saw a paper boat inside. She picked it up and saw what's written on the mini flag.
Jensoo will start to sail soon.
She smiled how extra Jennie is today. She texted Jennie informing her that she's now on her way to the rooftop.
She took the stairs. She's still in the 6th floor of the ten storey building but she's feeling tired already.
She was about open the door when she saw there's something written at the mirror (Just imagine there's a mini mirror in the middle of the door.)
Can you belive you're seeing an angel right infront of you?
The thing is, you just don't have a halo. But you'd probably the prettiest angel, it's true.
Jisoo never thought of Jennie being this sweet and cheesy. Before she even got close to her, the girl is known for being cold and snob. But as what they say, there's really a person who will break the ice covering your heart. There will always be that person who will break your wall, no matter how hard and high it was built.
When she set a foot at the rooftop, she easily saw Jennie standing there, holding on the railings.
"So, Miss Jennie Kim, what do we have here?" Jisoo asked.
"H-hey. I just want to spend a quality time with you." Jennie smiled.
"Let's sit at the ground. I brought a picnic mat and sandwiches." Jennie hold Jisoo's wrist and they sat at the mat.
"I made these." Jennie looked proud showing off of the sandwiches.
"Make sure, there's no love spell in this." Jisoo joked.
"Do I need a love spell when you love me already?" Jennie wiggled her brows.
"You wish. Anyways, thank you for this sandwich and those corny letters. Never knew you have this romantic side of yours." Jisoo teased her. Jennie covered her face due to embarrassment.
When they're done eating, Jennie cleaned up their little mess.
A rain drop started to fall down and Jisoo panicked.
"Hey, we need to hurry. We might get sick."
"This isn't part of the plan." Jennie whispered and pout.
Jennie just go with the flow regardless of the weather. Jennie texted her allies to abort her 'mission'.
"Uhm, I supposed to surprise you today. Students who I asked for a favor supposed to stand at the other building's rooftop. Holding a card with letters on it but rain butted in so it failed."
"I don't like saying much because I'm not much of a talker type. I'll just get straight to the point. I love you and I know you're aware of it when I started making some moves. So, today, the rain serving as our witness, will you be my girlfriend?" Jennie asked sincerely, holding Jisoo's hands.
They now started to shiver from the cold. Their clothes are now soaked from the rain.
Jisoo smiled and leaned in. They lips met, Jisoo uttered the magic word at the middle of their kiss.
Jennie smiled after they both pulled away. Her first kiss happened under the rain. What made it more special is that, she shared it with the love of her life.
