Well, to answer your first question, I was traveling in the TARDIS one day, trying to meet Steven Moffat ( who, by the way, is rumoured to ruin a show called 'Doctor Who' and 'Sherlock') and then I ended up in your dimension. I walked around, since the TARDIS crashed ( again) and stumbled upon 10.2. We came up with the idea to switch places. Every time we wanted to switch, the TARDIS would switch our places using her TARDIS powery thingies.
As for your second question, we (me and you, not 10.2 and me) were going to get ice cream and I said, "Rose Tyler, I suppose if this is my last chance to say it, I love you." Don't you remember?
