Betty's POV:
I got dressed in my cream sweater, magenta skirt, black pantyhose, and combat boots.

Still Betty's POV:
Once V saw what I looked like she squealed. "Girl you look amazing!" Then I got a text from Juggie.

Juggie: r u coming to school or leaving me out here all day.

I laughed. "Come on V lets go." We walked out and Juggie was standing there waiting for us. "Come on we gotta get to school." He complained. "I'm gonna go walk with Arch have a fun time." V whispered before she left. "Hey Jug." I said with a smile. "You look beautiful today Betts." He said with a smirk. "Why thank you." We laughed and started walking. "So Betts we are going on a..." "date yes." I cut him off. "Ok just wanted to make sure it wasn't a dream." I giggled. "It was not." He smiled he looked so cute and I wanted to kiss him. "So what do you do for dates in this town?" He laughed. "I don't know I've never been on a date." I let out a sigh of relief. "That makes two of us." We walked into school and split up to go to our lookers. We had the same schedule so we met up so I could find the class.

Jughead's POV:
This morning it took everything in me not to kiss her. We walked to lunch and sat with Ronni and Arch. Kev wasn't there yet. "Hey guys." Ronni said. "Hey V, can I talk to you for a sec?" "Of course." Then they walked a few feet away. "Hey Jug you and the new girl huh?" "I don't know maybe." "Claim her now before someone else does." "I'm getting there Arch. We are going on a date tonight." "Wait won't this be your first date?" I was shocked he knew. "Yeah." He laughed. "Thanks for the support bro." I said as I gave him a hate glare. The girls walked back over. "So what are we gonna talk about?" Ronni asked. "Well Betty here is the talk of the boys in school." She moved awkwardly towards me, and I grabbed her hand to let her know I knew she was uncomfortable. "Well their gonna have to find another girl Betts is already taken." And I gave her a smile. She smiled back at me. "Just watch out the main ones that gave an eye on her are Reggie and Chuck." "Oh great the ones that will rape girls." Ronni stated. That made Betty move even closer she might as well have been on my lap. "Hey it will be alright I won't let them hurt you." I whispered in her ear. She was almost in tears. "This has happened before. Two guys on the football team have tried to." I gave her a hug. "You're safe now Betts." I told her. She nodded in relief. Then, Kev came in. "Hey what is the chat about...when did this happen?" He said looking at Betty and I. "Oh they where flirting last night and Jug over here asked her on a date and she said yes, and now they're having a heart to heart moment." Ronni told him trying to fill him in. "I ship it #bughead!!" He yelled. Betty laughed at his remark. "Do you wanna go some where to calm down a little?" I asked her at a whisper, and she just shook her head to say yes. We go to the Blue and Gold office it has been shut down because there is no one to run it. It's my escape at school. "Where are we?" "Welcome to the Blue and Gold the school newspaper that has been closed for years." She let out a light laugh. "Are you ok Betts?" She took a deep breath. "I am now that I'm with you with no distractions." I smiled. "Juggie I wanna tell you somethings about me but I'm not sure I can with out breaking down." I hugged her. "Tell me when you're ready it's all up to you." "Thank you." Next thing I knew her lips where on mine. She was kissing me and I kissed back.
