A warm feeling of Taehyung's breath woke Jungkook up the next day. At first, he didn't quite realize what was happening but then it hit him - there was actually his crush sleeping behind him. Nervously looking around like he was searching for solutions, Jungkook shifted around until he had freed himself from the older's tight grip on his waist.
After one minute of just staring at the guy in his bed, he had actually pulled his mind together and exhaled the air, calming down. He walked towards his closet, opening it and pulling his shirt off his body. Since Taehyung was far away in dream land, he was sure he could undress halfway.
Suddenly, a whistle appeared from the bed and Kook flinched at the second, gazing at the awakened Tae, who was gazing back with interested eyes. Jungkook jumped and covered his body with his shirt, turning around and fiddling to put it on again.
"Gosh, calm down, we're both guys, don't worry" Taehyung's husky morning voice was like music to Jungkook's ears.
"And if you wanna know, you look quite hot anyways," he let his face fall back into the pile of pillows on the bed, grinning sheepishly.
"Hot? Yea sure." Jungkook, now with his shirt on, turned to Tae and approached him sloppily, leaving his room in order to head to the kitchen. "I'll make breakfast," he called out, not expecting the blonde to hear him.
A pair of arms sneaked around Jungkook's waist but they were immediately snatched away by him. "Try me, hoe" he hissed. Taehyung made a pouty face, leaving his arms off the younger this time.
"What are you making for us?" Taehyung took another try, settling himself on the kitchen counter
"Correction: What am I making for myself." Focused on the scrambled egg and bacon in the pan, Kook replied harshly with a monotonous voice.
"There we have the stubborn." Sighing, Taehyung wriggled his feet lightly in the air in boredom. "Wanna go grab coffee afterwards at Starbucks?" He asked, turning his head towards the cooking Jungkook.
"Why go to Starbucks for coffee?" he put down the fork he used for making the food and his attention was now on Taehyung. "First, we can drink coffee here, and second, who said we'd spend the day together when I didn't even call you here." It wasn't a question, more of a comment. However, Taehyung took it too seriously.
"Well okay, I can also just leave."
He got up from the counter and fetched the bag he brought last night. Jungkook noticed he was actually going to leave and rolled his eyes theatrical."Wait," he wanted to throw into Taehyung's direction only to be ignored and left alone by him.
"Sigh..." He actually pouted, realizing he messed things up even if that hadn't been his intention at all.
"Why am I like this? He's my crush after all..."
Drifting off into his thoughts about Tae more and more, Jungkook took care of the food.
He decided to text Tae again to apologize.kookie:
