as morgan and i walked over to wall 'w' i found myself encountering the two boys i passed this morning.
"hi i'm natalie." i said extended my arm insinuating a hand shake.
"hi i'm finn." the freckle faced boy responded grabbing my hand. his hands were pale and soft.
i looked over to the shorter boy next to him with curly hair. "hi i'm jack." he said.
"hi jack, i'm natalie." i waved and smiled at him. he stared at me, and i asked. "are you okay?"
"oh sorry. yeah. was i doing something?" he asked.
"no, just staring." i replied as i chuckled.
"sorry." he said turning bright red. i laughed to myself and blushed.
morgan scooted closer to finn. man was he cute. i can tell she's falling for him. forsure.
"so jack, how old are you?" i asked scooting closer to him.
"i'm sixteen. how about you?" he said smiling.
"i'm seventeen...1 year apart. so um where did you come from?" i paused. "like the city?"
"oh haha. i'm from los angeles." he told me as he slipped a hand in his pocket.
"oh me too. i'm from la." i said smiling at him. i can't stop smiling. why can't i stop smiling?.!
"nice nice. i think you're really p-."
"listen up kids." said another counselor. "first game, is a work together game. in your groups of four split into 2 groups. so one girl one boy, or two girls and two boys. we will be passing around 2 oversized CLEAN t shirts. so first have one person slip on the t-shirt."
"wanna be my partner?" jacks asked me. how could i say no, he's just so sweet.
"sure." i replied. i slipped on the white t-shirt and listened for further instructions.
"now that 2 people have white shirts on, have your partner go behind you and slide their arms through the arm holes, and remove your arms from them. so now your partner is half way in the shirt. we will have courses you guys will have to go through."
oh sh.t. this gonna be awkward. i just met jack and now i have to sit on his lap. okay natalie you can do this it's gonna be okay.
