What do you define happiness as? When do you feel happy? What makes you happy? Most of all, when do you think you will be happy?
When things go our way, when we get what we want, when we get the attention of whatever the matter we want , we simply become happy.. Right?
When we become happy, we keep on smiling, we be a nice person ( which most of us don't usually become many a times) . Well that is a good thing ,isn't it?
Why do we need to be happy? Well,that was not supposed to be a question but still, have you ever wondered we become happy even if little things go our way?
Why do people shout or cry due to happiness when they see their favourite star in front of them or meet a loved one? It is ways of expressing our unique soul 's happiness.
Happiness has no boundaries. Little Little achievements, surprises, love from loved ones make our heart flutter with happiness and joy...our day starts with a smile and then even of something bad happens during the day we don't feel that much dejected or sad because we have the little ray of happiness within us...this way we overcome our inner demons and we become positive.
When one is able to successfully achieve his dreams , how very satisfied and blissful it seems to do so... Take the example of yourself, when you succeed in whatever you do, you start liking everything... Your hope on other things increases, your eyes show those sparkle , your attitude about situations change.
Increasing Happiness makes you more and more positive, powerful, self confident and people will start loving you, they will give their blessings and god will look upon you. It is not that when you are sad you do wrong things.. Or even when your angry but when you yourself are sad then you think about yourself, your own worries, your unlucky fate and so on...
So you become more and more negative if you be sad all time. This tells all of us to be happy with whatever happens with us, whatever situations we face. We should always be motivated, should make our inner self know that not everything is to be taken negatively.
When someone criticises us, we should not feel offended or sad or be angry.. In fact we should learn our faults which are being pointed out at... The one who criticises us, makes us realize our mistakes due to which we can improve and become a more better person. So we should be happy that we are getting a chance to be a better version of ourself . This way we again tackle such small sad feelings and can become a happy person.
We decide the person we want to become and so when we choose the right way we be happy. It is always important to be happy... You yourself know what it feels when you are happy and when you're sad... Think about it.... How many times you have experienced it? What do you feel?
Anyways, be happy, stay fit and live the life you are satisfied and happy with.
