Two people enter a VRMMORPG called Sword Art Online. They find out they can't escape. The only way to escape is to beat the game. Will they beat the game or die only to be dead in to real life?
Few months later after Kirito gets accused of being a beater (a beta user who's known SAO left and right before the game was released), the adventurers came across Asuna again and was asked to join her guild the Knights of the Blood Oath. But due to Kirito's solo reputation, he leaves the meeting and goes to lay down on the grass. Matsubaki and Jaynaki follow him. They lay down with him. "Hey Kirito, you sure about laying down here during the middle of the day? I mean Asuna is going to freak out about leaving the meeting." Matsubaki said to him. "Yeah, but don't you forget, I'm a solo player. I can clear a dungeon like in a matter of minutes." Kirito countered. "Well we have gotten a high level because of Kirito's choices. Well, let's hit the grass." Jaynaki said laying down. "Might as well. I act like this in school too." Matsubaki said as he laid down with them. A few minutes later, Asuna comes up to them and sees them lay down, upset.

"What are you three doing?" Asuna said. They all look at her. "You just missed out an important meeting. The Assault Team has already gotten..." She gets cut off by Kirito. "Yeah, but the good weather here only happens once here in Aincrad." "What are you talking about? The weather here is always the same. Another day here is another day lost in the real world." Asuna said as Matsubaki speaks. "Yeah, but we're not in the real world. We are here in Aincrad. If you lay down in the grass with us, then you will understand." Asuna looks around and sees the environment change because of the gentle breeze blowing in the wind.

After their naps, Jaynaki and Kirito wake up and they see an unexpected surprise. They look at Asuna cuddled up to Matsubaki.

They snicker at this and make conversation sitting across a brick wall. "I am surprised they get along without talking to each other. I never knew Asuna was that way." Kirito said. "Let's let the 'lovebirds' sleep." Jaynaki said. Half an hour later, Matsubaki wakes up and sees Asuna spooning him. "Holy shit, Asuna is cuddling me. Has she planned this and took our advice about laying on the grass." Matsubaki said in his thoughts. He opens one eye and sees Jaynaki and Kirito see them observing the "romantic" moment. "Good morning. Welcome to the land of the living. How was your nap, sleepyhead?" Jaynaki said. Matsubaki yells in a whispered tone. "Did you see this?" He points to Asuna cuddled to him. "Only the first 10 minutes." He blushes red. "What am I supposed to do about this?" "Hug and turn, dawg." Jaynaki said. He follows the advice and Asuna tightens her grip. "Oh shit!" Matsubaki yelped. She turns away and he comforts her to make her feel cuddled. He gives them a thumbs up and walks to them. "Accomplished." He sits next to them and sees the sun set. They hear a sneeze and they observe the source and look at Asuna. She looks around and all three of them look at her. "Good morning!" The three say. "Morning?! How long was I out?" Asuna said. "A good 8 hours." Kirito said. "Did I do something....unorthodox?" She questioned them. "No." They all say, indicating a lie. "Jaynaki, was I doing something in my sleep?" She questioned. "Not a thing." She glares at Kirito. "Kirito?" He shakes his head. "Matsubaki, did you know what I did?" He shakes his head. "Nope." "Matsubaki isn't one to lie. He seems like a guy who always tells the truth. I better do something." Asuna said in her thoughts. "Matsubaki. You wouldn't tell a lie, right?" Asuna asks approaching him. "That's the truth, Asuna. Honest." She grabs his hand and puts her arm between her breasts. "Matsubaki, tell me the real truth. Please, it'll be worth the time if you tell me the truth." She then caresses his cheek. Matsubaki turns beet red from this reaction. "Heh, uh, you cuddled up with me while we were sleeping." Matsubaki said in a low voice. "What the hell?" Jaynaki yelled. "You fell for the oldest trick in the book! You're an assassin you're supposed to not give in to that!" "Well I'm sorry I have a weakness. And when I get a girl like that in front of me, my guard goes down. I'm like that in real life." Matsubaki countered. "Guess it can't be helped." Kirito said. "Good boy." She ruffles his hair. "You get one meal." They all smile. "Let's get some grub. And I want to send Klein my letter of resignation." They walk over to the Town of New Beginnings as they get their food and begin their quest to find Klein's guild.
