Two people enter a VRMMORPG called Sword Art Online. They find out they can't escape. The only way to escape is to beat the game. Will they beat the game or die only to be dead in to real life?
Since the encounter with Gleam Eyes, the Black Dogs of War, consisting of Kirito, the front liner, Matsubaki, the tactician, and Jaynaki, supporter and another fighter, has been gaining attention through all of Aincrad. And one famous guild that is well known alongside the Holy Dragon Alliance, the Knights of the Blood Oath. About the Knights, a member of them is very close to the Black Dogs, Asuna.
In the headquarters of the KOB guild
Asuna, Jaynaki, Matsubaki, and Kirito head to a circular table with five members wearing the same outfits. But the one in the middle is the one they call Commander Heathcliff.

"I believe we have met a few times before. I am Heathcliff. Commander of the Knights of the Blood Oath. The dual blades, the Mach 6 speed, and the buzzsaw attack is what transpired me to speak with you. In order to grant Asuna a leave of absence, I ask you, Kirito and Matsubaki. To face me, put the dual wielding and buzzsaw to the test. If you were to win, I will grant Asuna a leave from the guild. But when the time comes when you lose, you two and Jaynaki will join the Knights of the Blood Oath." Heathcliff said.
Outside the building
"Idiot/baka!" Both Asuna and Jaynaki shout at Kirito and Matsubaki. "Why would you two challenge the commander?" Asuna said. "Kirito, after talking with Asuna-san about Heathcliff, he is like impenetrable. So in IRL terms, you are bringing a knife to a gunfight." Jaynaki said with concern. "Jaynaki. With the dual wielding, I know what I will be doing. You've seen it with the fight with the Gleam Eyes." Kirito said with confidence. "Asuna, with some buildup speed that is equal to Jaynaki's talent, I am sure the buzzsaw will leave Heathcliff staggering." Matsubaki said confidently.
Time skip to the day of the duel brought to you by Asuna slapping Matsubaki across the face repeatedly
The environment has changed to a sold out event sponsored through the Knights of the Blood Oath. "I didn't know Heathcliff would make this fight a big deal. Like the Romans did for their gladiatorial events." Jaynaki said. "The commander always makes a lot of Col with ticket sales involving duels with him. I hope Kirito and Matsubaki know what they're doing." Asuna said the last bit with worry.
Inside the Colosseum
"Wow. Sold out crowd." Matsubaki said inspecting the crowd. "I am telling you two, they want the twin blades and buzzsaw to be put into the test." Heathcliff stated. He opened his menu and sent duel requests to Kirito and Matsubaki. They both accept the duel requests and Kirito unsheathes his swords as Matsubaki does the same in a battle ready pose.
