Oh, so this is where I belong.
Am I bound to stay at the bottom
Where the rain always falls?
And so it pours, and pours drenching me in my pain again.
It seeps deep into my skin
Searching for my kindness, searching for my hope and joy,
Searching for my happiness so it could devour me from the inside out.
My soul’s gone, my love’s gone.
And I still feel the pain
For the rains always falling.
Oh as it pours, and pours
I can feel my body slipping
For the beast is done feasting
My anger is all that remains.
As for the pain, it still rains
On my life as the beast breaks free.
Oh the glee I feel
Towards this thing that is unreal.
My mind and body are no more as I am one with the beast.
So I say bring on the rain.
The beast and I enjoy the pain.
