The thought of your touch

Still sends chills down my spine.

Oh how I long to see you again,

To feel your heart speed up as I pull you closer.

Feel my heart skip a beat as we finally embrace.

But sadly this is not to be.

For my death pushed you under.

Drove you to a breaking point.

I sat back and watched you break yourself down,

As you drowned in your sorrows.

As you slit your wrist I wept, at the fact that I couldn’t be by your side.

And on the 5th anniversary of my passing

All of heaven wept as you finally left your pain behind.

As they lowered you in to the ground I waited for you but you never showed.

So now I roam the world searching for the one called

Anna Marie.
