REAL LIFE

"YOU KNOW HOW I KNEW I was in love with you?" Theo asked his boyfriend with a smile on his face as they sat on the couch in the apartment, playing video games.

This intrigued Liam. "How is that?"

"Remember our first double date with Allison and Malia? You told me that I helped you with your anger because I was your anchor?"

Liam chuckled softly, biting his lip as Theo paused the game to look at his boyfriend. "Yeah, I remember. That was our first real date."

"You stared at me with those baby blue eyes and that handsome smile and I knew. I knew I was in love with you." Theo said, taking Liam's hand in his. "I'm actually pretty sure I loved you before I even knew you." He added.

Liam's smile grew and he pressed a kiss to Theo's lips. "What did I ever do to deserve someone so wonderful?" He asked.

"That thought crosses my mind at least twenty times a day." Theo grinned as Liam laughed. It wasn't a held back laugh either, he was actually consumed in it and Theo couldn't help but join in. His laughter was contagious.

"I love you so much, Theodore." Liam said after he calmed down a bit.

"I love you just as much, maybe even more." Theo replied. That made Liam glare at the older boy before tackling him.

"I don't think so, old man."

Theo scoffed as he started to tickle Liam's sides, knowing very well that the boy was extremely ticklish. "Who are you calling 'old man'?"

Liam started laughing as he squirmed around, trying to break free of Theo's grip. And it was moments like this that the two boys would cherish forever.
