"There she is" Dinah pushes me towards the girl with the beautiful green eyes. "What do you want me to do Dinah?" I ask. "Go talk to her, Mila" Dinah says with a huge smile on her face "or I will."

"Dinah please leave her alone, she won't like me anyway, she would rather just be my friend, trust me" I say with a sad look on my face. "Camila, you won't know until you try, now go talk to her" Dinah says and pushes me in her direction again.

I don't have any choice, I make my way towards her. My hands are shaking, I feel nervous. "Hey" I say slowly, quickly looking around to find Dinah smiling at me with both hands in a thumbs up. "Hi" she answers back. My heart is beating fast now and I'm pretty sure she can hear it.

"Camila, are you okay, you seem off?" the girl says with a confused look forming on her face. "Yes, I'm fine. I just feel a little- I mean, what are you doing after school?" I ask nervously. "Nothing, I'm just gonna go home and do homework or something" she says. "Oh, do you maybe want to hang out? You can come to my house or maybe I can go to your house, if that's better for you?" I ask. "Yeah, that sounds great, you can come to my house, I'll give you a ride" the green eyed girl says and hugs me. "It's a date" she says and walks away, out of my sight.

"A date? What does that mean? Dinah she said it's a date. She doesn't mean it like that right, it's just something people say, it doesn't mean anything, right?"

I'm so confused right now and Dinah isn't even listening. "Dinah! Did you even hear me?" I ask. "Mila don't worry about it, it's just a date" Dinah says with a sneaky smile creeping onto her face. "Dinah I swear, this isn't the time for your bullshit" I say. "Excuse me, what? Mila come down, it's gonna be fine. Don't worry" Dinah says. Don't worry? Is she even serious?

"Camila and Dinah would you two please be quiet, I'm trying to teach here!" the teacher yells at us. I cross my arms and sit back in my chair.

The end of the day crept closer faster than I expected and before I knew it, I was standing outside next to Lauren's car, waiting for her to show up. I saw her walking towards me. I lean back on the car but slip, I fall on the ground, hard. "Oh my God. Camila are you okay?" Lauren runs over to me frantically. "Yeah, yeah, I'm brilliant" I say whilst getting up.

My face is blood red and I'm clearly embarrassed. "Are you sure, Camz?" Camz? Where did that come from? It's cute though. I feel my face getting even warmer, if that's even possible. "I'm sure Lauren, let's go" I say and hop into the car.
