"Lo, it's okay. I'm not forcing you into anything and we don't have to be together if you don't want to" I say hopefull that she does want us to be together, but I don't want to pressure her.

"Camz, I do want to be with you..." my face lits up when the words fall from her mouth. I smile at her and smiles back. I've never seen her smile like that, it was soft and loving, the beautiful pink of her lips and the white pearls that are her teeth hiding shyly behind them, just showing enough.

"But Camz, my parents don't know that I like girls, I don't know how they will react. They are not as accepting as your parents, but I do want to be with you. If that's okay" Lauren says, her face dropping, she looks sad. "Lo, I want to be with you too and you don't have to tell them immediately, we can do this together and I'll be by your side when you do want to tell them" she smiles at me again with the loving smile from before.

I look into her emerald eyes and she stares back in mine. Her eyes drop down to my lips and she bites her lip, I watch her. I lean in, she meets me half way and our lips touch. Our lips move together, the kiss lasts a while but we don't take it too far. We pull back at the same time and she looks at me, smirking. I can feel my face getting hot. I look down into my lap, playing with my fingers and smiling like an idiot. I swear if I didn't have ears, my smile would go right around my head. She laughs and puts a hand on my knee, "Oh, Camila" she says.

I left her house after dinner, my mom picked me up. I returned home exhausted from stressing about the thing with Lauren all day.

I am now much more relieved that I told her and I know that she also felt that way. I didn't bother to shower. I just pulled off my clothes, leaving me in my underwear and slid under the covers.

But my mind wouldn't shut down, I couldn't stop thinking of Lauren, her beautiful green eyes appeared in front of me each time I closed my eyes.

I finally fell asleep somewhere in the early morning. I heard my alarm go off and got up. I looked gross from not getting much sleep. I'm too excited to see Lauren again. I took a quick shower and ate some oatmeal my mom made.

My mom took me and Sofi to school, dropping her off first. We bearly even stopped at the school, my door was already open and I almost fell. My mom scolded me and we said our goodbyes, I hurried into the entrance to find Lauren.

But I didn't, I decided to go find Dinah and tell her about what happened. I went to her locker, on my way there I was pushed against the lockers.

It was Austin. He disliked me ever since we broke up and I told him I was a lesbian. I felt a hand on my arm and it pulled me away from him. It was Dinah. "Thanks for the rescue Cheechee" I thanked her.
