Into it (Camren)

It's been about a month since Lauren and I had been together. Lauren has decided today is the day, she's going to tell her parents about us.

"Lauren, you don't have to do this but I support you. Are you sure you are ready though?" I ask. "Yes Camz, I'm going to do this, I'm ready" Lauren says confidently. I quickly hug her.

She wanted me to be at her house when she tells her parents. I'm nervous, really nervous. She leads her parents into the kitchen, I watch the door close. It's been about 15 minutes. "What?" I hear her father's voice.

"I'm gonna go check on them" Taylor says when she notices the horrified look on my face. She gets up from the couch and squeezes my shoulder, she disappears into the kitchen. In a while I hear the door open. I turn my head and see Taylor calling me over.

My heart beats really fast, I feel like I'm going to throw up. I take a deep breath and move towards the kitchen.

When I go inside I see Lauren leaning against the counter, crying but she's smiling. Her father is gently rubbing her arm. Lauren's mother walks towards me, she stretches out her arms, she has a loving smile on her face. She takes me into a hug. "We're happy for you, take care of her Camila" Clara says. "I always wanted another daughter" Mike says. "Dad" Lauren playfully punches his arm.

Lauren steps away from her father. She hugs me, she takes my hand to lead me out the door.

Just before we walk I say "Thank you." Her parents smile at me as I smile back. Lauren takes me outside. We sit on the porch and I hold her. "I was so nervous" I say "what happened in there?"

"My dad was shocked but my mom said she already knew" she says. "You looked like you were going to faint when Taylor called you" Lauren laughs. "Lo, I was so nervous, I thought I was going to throw up" I laugh. Lauren giggles and gives me a peck on the cheek. "Thank you for being here Camz and thanks for sticking with me. I'm so happy that you are in my life even though I don't think I deserve you..." she had tears and her eyes. I kiss her forehead. She looks at me. Her beautiful green glass orbs pull me in. I start to blush, it's like she can see exactly what is going on in my mind.

She brushes my jawline with her fingertips, she gently places her hand on the back of my neck and pulls me back closer. I feel her warm breath on my lips. She connects our lips. Every time we kiss it feels like it's our first and I still get butterflies.

"Camz..." she pulls away so she could speak. I don't let her, I kiss her again. She smiles into the kiss and pulls away again. "Camz, I love you" she says genuinely. "I love you too Lo."
