"The Path Us Few Walk"
Well, well, well,
Isn't this swell?
Welcome to my humble abode,
There aren't many travelers on this road,
I'm sorry for not expecting guests...
But that's life I guess!
I have made my way down this path,
Only victims of wrath.
We are only the aftermath,
The people who hurt us,
Whether psychopath or sociopath;
Never really processing
How bad they're hurting us.
But really I welcome you,
You and I are alike.
We could be friends if you'd like;
I am quite fond of how it is down here,
Dreamlike.
And I know this may sound childlike,
But life down here is wildlike.
Thank you for the kindness,
Because down here people are lifeless,
It's like a virus.
I'm always smiling,
Trying to be providing,
Out here in the wildness,
I'll always hold kindness
In the highest.
Down here in the silence,
Most people favor violence,
But why the needless pain,
When we all wear the same chains?
So I here I stand,
And in my ears,
Silence is all I hear...
So right here,
I'm glad I have you near.
