Weeks, turned to months. It's been two months since I've last seen Voight, wala nang kabuting bigla bigla na lamang sumusulpot kung saan.

Ang tanging alam ko lang is that he's not dead yet, dahil kung patay na siya at iuuwi naman nila ang kabaong niya rito.

So far, wala pa namang coffin box na dumarating.

Nagmadali na ako papasok sa dorm, para maligo at magkapagpalit na nang uniform, nang may kumatok sa pintuan ko. Pinasadahan ko nang tingin ang sarili ko sa salamin making sure everything looks perfect, bago lumabas bitbit ang schedule notebook ko.

Sumalubong sa akin ang isang babae; she looks very impatient. Magkasalubong ang kilay, but she tried to force a smile as she faced me.

"Pinapatawag tayo, there's an unexpected staff meeting." sambit ni Second Lieutenant Vicente. We don't need to act formal to each other dahil parehas lang naman kami nang rango.

"Thanks, Sylvia." I mumbled at sabay na kaming naglakad papunta sa meeting hall. Ano naman kaya ang dahilan kung bakit sila nagpatawag nang biglaan?

Nang makapasok sa hall ay nanatili kaming nakatayo, we can't sit yet until they tell us to do so. I've heard loud footsteps, I saw Colonel Lozano hurriedly walking towards the area.

"Staff, attention." Colonel Lozano ordered. Biglaang tumahimik ang buong staff nang mataan ang pagpasok ni General, as we stand in the position of attention.

"At ease." sambit nang heneral.

I gulped, minsan lang may bumisita ditong heneral; mostly they are all over the country. Bigla akong kinabahan kung ano ang pakay niya rito. I mean, it's normal for him to visit the corps, but it's definitely rare.

"Good morning." pormal na bati niya sa amin.

"Good morning, Sir." we greeted.

General Hidulce isn't the kind of person that will send shivers down your spine. He's very soft spoken, but his knowledge and military tactics, made him one of the greatest generals in the country.

"You all are probably wondering, what's up with this sudden meeting?" he mumbled while looking at us carefully examining each and everyone of us. Hinde pa rin kami umuupo unless they told us to do so.

Nanatiling tahimik ang buong staff, nakita ko ang dahan dahan pagpasok ni Voight, everyone's eyes darted to him as he slowly made his way next to General.

"After two months of being in war in Afghanistan, he was sent to Syria. We're glad you made it back Brigadier General Solfierño ." sambit nang nakatatandang heneral.

Everyone's attention are glued to him.

Other than being an eye candy, his screaming for power.

Mas lalo pa siyang naging atraktibo, his hair looks neat as always; he looks perfect in every way possible. Nanatiling diretso ang tingin ko.

"At ease, seats." He muttered three words, and its enough to sent shivers to everybody's spine.

Mariin niyang inilibot ang paningin niya sa amin, parang huminto ako sa paghinga nang tumama ang paningin niya sa akin.
