Waiting… patiently waiting is the only thing Meredith has been doing. She has been missing him. Her wonderful fiancé more than words can describe well maybe I just did.

Tenanye her daughter has been worrying about her mother all the time. One day Tenanye decided to go into town as she needed to think and also to meet people. When she arrived into town, she saw that it was busy and crowded by the port.

Tenanye decided to keep walking as it wasn’t bothering her any. She was looking around and decided to talk to the shopkeepers for a bit as Tenanye was well known with them for how friendly she is. She wanted to see them smile as she loves putting smiles on people’s faces.

“Meredith?” Tenanye heard someone calling her mother’s name, and turned around to see a man with black hair that is starting to gray with blue eyes as blue as her own.

“That’s not my name sir, but how do you know my mother’s name as she is the only one in this town with that name,” Tenanye asked and told the man.

“Oh… did she marry,” he had asked with sadness to his voice.

“She didn’t marry anyone as she had promised my father when he comes back that she will marry him,” Tenanye had said to this stranger.

The man, who is Antonio, had finally realized that this young woman looked like a combination of his love and himself. He didn’t want to jump to conclusions. This young woman has his exact eye color, his nose, jaw line, and the same eye shape as he did. Then he thought about all of this that he had to make sure if this woman in front of him is his baby girl, as it sure as hell looks like it.

“Can you take me to your mother Tenanye is it? I know you didn't tell me your name, it’s just the name your mother always wanted to name a girl,” Antonio asked and expressed to the young woman.

“Of course sir and that is my name and it is sure alight as you know my mother,”Tenanye said.

Antonio followed Tenanye all the way to her home. When he went through the doors and he saw his true love Meredith he smiled so big that it started to hurt. Meredith turned around when she heard the door open and her heart skipped a beat as who she saw standing right in front of her. Her one true love and she made the decision of running up to him and hug him like no tomorrow.

On the other hand Tenanye felt like she needed to be somewhere. So she followed where her heart wanted to go, while her mother and that stranger were talking. Tenanye had disappeared as we know it.

Antonio and Meredith were smiling and laughing. Then they stopped as something in Meredith snapped, she ran and Antonio followed. He was asking what was wrong. Meredith gave him a look where he understood.

They both looked everywhere for Tenanye. They couldn’t find her anywhere. Antonio was curious of what she was going to say before her mother instinct kicked in.

“Tenanye is your daughter and I was going to tell you before you left. I was scared at first but regretted it later in the years. So many scenarios went through my head,” Meredith explained.

“We will find our daughter together my love as I have finally found out I have a daughter and I will not lose her like this. I thought she was when I saw her but I wasn’t sure if my instincts were telling me the truth. She will not die on my watch,” Antonio said and explained how he felt.
