"Acta est fabula"

Vine had a disgusting taste in my mouth but I continued drinking it.

I wanted to forget Marissa's sentence and that she thought I'm connected with the Prince in that way.

It's impossible.

I'm different from him. He was raised to rule a kingdom, to fight and to kill. I was raised to take care of myself and hide my ability. Our world's never met. Never collided and surly never lasted.

Taking another sip vine from a cup I  looked down the table. I wanted to get out. This is a mistake. I'm not for this. It's just too complicated. I didn't have so many faces as they had.

"I hope I did not insult you," Marissa said, and I nodded mechanically.

"You did not." I looked at the plate now and draw fork down the plate not eating anything.

Maybe I realised Prince's obsession with that cup of drink every day. I was in one dinner and I already wanted to kill myself. How he survived thousands of them I didn't know.

I knew I wanted to get out.

I took another look at King's plate and I felt relief; he was almost done.

I waited a few more minutes, and I heard King saying.

"Shal we, my Queen?" He turned toward the queen and smiled.

She smiled back, and they got up.

Everyone left their plates, standing up to hail King and Queen for last time this evening.

I felt someone's hand on mine and I looked at it. Marissa pulled me up because that would be offensive for the King himself.

They stood a few seconds Queen's hand on top of King's and they moved toward the stairs.

"Finally this circus is over." Not a minute later I heard someone's voice next to my ear and I looked up.

Prince was standing behind me.

"Come, I will walk you to your room."

I looked at Marissa and saw Tai is taking her hand in his and as they bowed to the Prince and they disappeared. The boy followed them in the step.

When he came toward us he smiled and disappeared.

"Another one who fell under your charms." Prince rolled his eyes and said.

"Coming or not? My day is not over yet." I stood up and took a deep breath.

"This was horrible," I said when we finally left the dinning room and hundreds of eyes behind.

"Look from this side. You did not embarrass yourself so it's good."

My hand was on his elbow and we drifted like we have all time of life.
