"Magis videt oculi quam oculus"
I looked down. That can't be happening.
This is not true.
Like in some dream I stood up and looked at the table.
King's uniform is destroyed. Blood all over it. His head on the left side looking at nowhere.
I turned to Queen. She already knows.
She is on her knees, crying.
I run to Queen and kneeled.
"Queen," I said quietly looking at that now broken women.
She is no one now. King is dead.
I shook my head, and I wanted to shut that crowd.
They are too loud.
I can't deal with that. I wanted to get down and shut them up but at the last minute, doors opened at they run out.
The Prince is standing at the entrance.
He looked confused. What is happening, his eyes are saying.
He looked at me and then at his mother.
Like some zombie, he moved to the middle of the room and looked at the King.
After that, he stood unmoved.
I turned to Queen again.
"Hey, hey." I kneeled and took her head.
"You need to stop crying. Everything will be okay." I said tears falling down my face.
I should be happy. King is dead. My people are free. They will never have a thing like this. Everything will get better.
I looked down at Prince. He was kneeling in front of the throne.
Or worst. Maybe he is destroyed as well.
This is Travis's fault.
I shook my head and put Queen on the chair. She needs to calm down.
I looked at her.
Her love is killed.
She is broken.
I turned to look at Prince.
He shook his father and I run down the stairs and came closer.
I touched his shoulder.
For a second I was on the hill again when I was in his hug.
I touched him that day. He looked lost. He looked lost now. Maybe more than that day.
I shook my head and squeezed a little harder.
