*I really took my time to think into this poem.*
the heart & the lotus.
*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*
that pull of energy,
just by looking at you,
that want, that need.
as soon as i touched your hand,
it was like the answer to all of my
questions about love.
the eye contact, once i looked up in your eyes,
it's been you, all this time.
you, were the answer.
you.
i never knew,
until i met you.
~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~
the lotus, it takes so much time to open.
but with the right about of sunshine,
the right amount of rain,
the right amount of love, & nurturing
the finished blossom is so beautiful,
fragile to touch, but radiant with vibrancy.
the heart, your love..
has given me all of these aspects.
you shower me with peace & tender loving care.
i'm blossoming to you.
the saturation of my colors are so amazing.
sometimes i close up, but you wait for me with patience.
the lotus, the lotus pleases the human eye.
the lotus fills the heart with ease.
positivity.
love.
soul cleansing.
refreshing the heart.
the lotus's growth can be so intriguing to watch.
it's strong with red.
just as the heart.
the heart can warm,
from the lotus's touch.
the petals so soft, embracing the heart.
the heart so fascinated, discovering the lotus.
the sweet scent of the lotus, the vibes.
the loving love of the heart, the vibes.
you're my heart,
and i'm your lotus.
the love from you,
the beauty from me.
together this will be,
The Heart and The Lotus. ✨
