words that make you feel cold. alone. neutrally emotionless.
bye.
fine.
ok.
i can't.
no more.
i give up on us.
i'm sorry.
i don't know what to say.
i'll leave.
you just never know how to feel sometimes, when someone leaves your life.
someone you always wanted. an image in your head of the perfect piece.
to your life. but that piece doesn't fit anymore.
you wanted it to.
but it just can't.
you wanted it so badly...
to fit.
you shiver. it's like once those words are said to you.
it's like they leave you alone in the cold by yourself.
no jacket.
no hat.
no gloves.
no blanket.
just you, shivering in the cold.
in the cold blue world.
alone.
the memories fade to just white.
nothing. but white.
a plain white screen like on a television.
no sound.
no faces.
no laughter.
just.
blank.
and as you shiver. you cry.
you cry because you're so cold.
as the memories leave...
as the flashbacks get thrown away.
the pool of intense coolness
fills your brain.
as you cry...
the giddy little soul you were
disappears.
you're alone.
in the cold.
love doesn't matter anymore to you.
it's just a word. now.
it's nothing.
it doesn't exist to you anymore.
it's cold.
just a cold word....
cold.
