Maya rushed into the ice palace. She was losing her patience with waiting for Aiden, and she was worried about him.

"Aiden?!" she called out.

She and Gill heard some commotion coming from upstairs, so they rushed up there. They saw Reginald standing a few feet away from Aiden, who was trying to stand up. Reginald looked horrified as he looked at his brother. Maya rushed over to Aiden and helped him stand up.

"Aiden! Are you okay?!" she asked him with a worried look.

"Yeah... I'm okay," said Aiden.

After standing up, he faced Reginald.

"Wh-who is she?! N-never mind! You have to leave!" said Reginald.

"What? No! I'm not leaving without you!" said Aiden. "I know we can figure out what we can do to stop the winter!"

"How!? How do you have the power to stop this winter!? To stop me!?" cried Reginald.

Maya and Gill weren't sure if they should stay. As Reginald shouted in frustration and panic, they noticed that the walls of the palace were starting to turn to a darker color. The feeling was ominous.

"Aiden... we should go!" Maya told him.

But Aiden didn't care. He came this far, and he had to help his brother.

"No! I'm not leaving without Reggie!" he said.

"Yes you are!" Reginald shouted.

He used his powers to make a mutant snow golem. The snow golem picked up Aiden, Maya, and Gill, and dragged them out of the palace.

"Hey! Stop! Put us down!" Aiden shouted angrily.

The mutant snow golem threw them out the front doors and back to the base of the stairs. Ashlie was waiting for them, but she licked the icy stair case and got her tongue stuck to it.

"Heads up!" Gill shouted.

The mutant snow golem threw his head at Aiden and Maya, but the dodged it.

"Watch out for my bod!" cried Gill.

The mutant snow golem threw the rest of his body down at the others.

"Hey! No one treats my friends like that!" Aiden shouted.

"Aiden, calm down!" cried Maya.

Aiden didn't listen to her. He made a snowball and threw it at the mutant snow golem, shouting in frustration as he did. The snowball hit the mutant snow golem, but it didn't hurt him. Instead, it made the mutant snow golem angry.

"See? Now you made him mad! Run!" cried Maya.

"I'll distract him! You guys run!" said Gill.

Aiden and Maya ran away, but the rest of Gill's body ran away from his head.

"Ah! Not you guys!" he cried.

Aiden and Maya didn't notice the problem Gill had. They were too busy trying to run away from the mutant snow golem. As they ran, Maya pulled out a bow and loaded it with an arrow. She fired at the mutant snow golem, but it didn't hurt it enough.

"Maya, get down!" shouted Aiden.

He spotted a tree that was bent down because it had too much snow on it. Aiden ran over and pulled the tree. He let go, and the tree sprung up, hitting the mutant snow golem in the face. It gave Aiden and Maya chance to get father away from him.

"Nice one, Aiden!" said Maya.

"Thanks!" said Aiden.

They continued to run, but they ended up walking up to a cliff.
