Opposed Sisters

Prologue

This is probably one of the most unconventional choices Seiji Koromori has made yet. I'm seated in a taxi that delivering me to my new living accommodation for an uncertain amount of time and Yui is the reason for it.

Three months ago Yui left to live with an acquaintance of Seiji when he left to go to Europe as an over protective father I don't mind that but sending me to live with her three months later because she is lonely is not a valid excuse. After Yui left, the church wasn't particularly happy after all she was the golden child and the apple of Seiji eye. The church probably wanted to discreetly disown me and asked Seiji who gave them an excuse to do so. 

I guess I should feel bitter but the taxi is oddly comfortable and watching the city lights pass by in the dark eases the tension in my body. The rain drops of the window reflect the light and remind me of those children books that was once read to me. Slowly I close my eyes and focus on the white noise the city was making mixed with the rain.

"Erm Komori-san" I open eyes 

"What is it?" He taken back a little bit, he must have thought I was asleep.

"We've arrived" I turn my head to see the accommodation even though it was dark I could see it was a mansion. I admit that was a surprise to me I thought I would be seen to another church I guess Seiji knew some rich people as well. 

The driver got out of the car unloaded the trunk and opened the door as he held an umbrella. The man leans forward offering his hand which I take and stand underneath the umbrella I remove my hand and take my luggage.

"Oh I could do that for you" 

"No need it's not your job to-" He was about to disagree when I was my hand lightly over his as I take the umbrella out of his hands. I move letting the man in the rain as he scurries back to his taxi I watch it leave and stare at the mansion. 

Maybe because of the dark the mansion seems very foreboding or it could be due to the fact that I'm probably not going to get along with whoever the owner is that it seems overbearing. I push the gate open with slight difficulty due to my lack of strength one thing me and Yui share in common. As I walk towards the mansion in the rain using the umbrella as shelter with my luggage in my right hand. Soon as I reach the porch I close the umbrella and tap it against the ground shaking off the water as soon as I finish I place it by the door and knock. 

A cold wind blows with enough strength to raise the hem of my dress I realise a sigh which turns into a cold of smoke as it passes into the night. I knock again, is there no one home or is the mansion so big that on one can hear doubting that its either of those I raise my hand once more when suddenly the door creaks open. 

So I've been knocking on a open door this entire time the owners seem lax or did Yui forget to forget to lock it? I stand there for a few seconds not wanting to trespass but as soon as the wind hits me I quickly reconsider taking a step into the house. 

Even though I stepped inside I'm still by the door I knock against it one more time then sigh as nobody appears.

"What are you doing here?" I snap my head up to see a man wearing what I presume is uniform and looking down at me with a sharp glare. He had dark black hair which faded at the tips and piercing red eyes.

"I'm Mallow Kormori I've been sent to leave with Yui Kormori" I lift up my skirt and place my right foot behind my left and bow my head as I curtsy the wind blows from behind making my dress and hair dance in the wind.

"Your a relative of Kormori?"

Just as I was about to answer I feel a hand reach up to my shoulder and I instinctively move forward narrowly escaping his touch.

"Eh... we have another human?" The man has a red fedora hat and green eyes with a sly smirk plastered on his face.

"Your a pretty quick for a human" I give him an odd look only to have my personal space invaded by a purple head boy.

"She barely has any scent on her" I step away and see the purple head guy raise his face to show matching eyes which has bangs underneath. These guys refer to me as human entailing that there not, meaning that Yui has been leaving with these guys for the last three months is she even alive? As I'm analysing the little information I've gotten out of this encounter I speak to the most decent guy being the one on the stairs.

"Are you guys the owners of the house? Is there no adult?"

"Yes we are the owners"

"Ohh she's so calm compared to Bitch-chan" I turn my face to him and study his happy go lucky face, is there actually somebody called that or would even reply to that name? Whilst it's better not to get involved with these guys returning to the church isn't a option.I was only given money for the taxi which was directly paid from the church I haven't got a single dime and the church is 2 and a half hours by car walking back especially in this whether isn't an option. Then I feel the breeze against the back of my legs.

"Do you mind if we take this conversation somewhere else then the entrance?" 

"Yes that would be more appropriate" the guy says as he adjusts his glasses and heads to the room which I guess is the living room. The man sits down along with the other two, the man in the glasses sits in the single seater while the fedora hat leans against the sofa with his eyes fixed on me whilst the purple head boy holds a teddy with an eye patch standing next to them.

"Hmm....Reiji so who is she another sacrificial bride?" I tense at the name, do these guys belong to a cult?

"I don't know I wasn't informed on this" Reiji says while crossing his legs deep in thought. Seeing this will take awhile I move forward and sit across from them.

"What are you doing?" Reiji says 

"Resting" I state simple 

"When your in someone else house you should ask the owner"

"The owner doesn't seem to know if I'm supposed to be here or not and I've come from a tiring trip it is only fair you should offer me a seat" I retort back.

"Haha....first time someone has ever caught Reiji out on manners" Fedora hat man burst into laughter, the purple head boy stares at me with mild amazement. I simple tilt my head was it really necessary to laugh.
