Ai Mori Pov 

Readjusting my glasses loosely on the bridge of my nose I walk up to the podium taking take a first few good steps of my run as the light metal on my nose slips down further running a little faster. As my subscribed glasses slip off my nose tumbling to the floor in a quiet clank I shake my head frantically shifting my route ever so lightly until..

"LOOK OUT" 

My body hits the target in an uncomfortable position to say the least my body tumbling back to the floor missing the floor as Mrs. Tanaka arms grips firmly around my eyes. 

"Are you okay?" I fake a sweet smile, brushing my body of any creases of loose hairs that may have fell as I collided with her.

"I'm fine, sorry for worrying I messed up my time course" 

"You just messed up a little bit, because of your glasses. Hey Lassy bring Ai glasses" She call out to Lassy who obliges quickly handing them over to me hesitatingly before taking off. "She one, isn't she?" Mrs.Tanaka mutters, it's not that she's shy it's just that she knows after the little 'incident' with Laito not to stick around where she isn't needed. 

Adjusting my glasses I peak over her shoulder getting a clear view of the Sakamaki girl "Oh Mallow-san is sitting out?" I inquire batting my eyes curiously.

"Oh her? Little missy can't do active things" I tilt my head at the information.

"Is she sick?" Mrs.Tanaka cocks her head to the side humming to herself for a moment, I press a little further "Oh no does she have a cold, or flu or worse a fever" I gasp a little dramatically as I fake a worrisome look.

Mrs.Tanaka sighs "No no nothing like that, it's her condition" 

"Condition" My brain racks the information in my memory filing and ready to record her next words.

"Family privacy"

I scrunch my eyes brows "But..then miss does that mean you do not know either?" I take her silence as a yes "Then as her fitness instructors if the family can not conclude you in her body conditions your in your right to tell her to exercise"

"That's true..."

"Then you should make her excersie like the rest of us" She sighs her eyes focused on the Sakamaki girl.

"No it's not wise to force someone to exercise after being remediated about a physical condition they might have" 

"Huh? What are you talking about? " I narrows my eyes dangerously my glasses glitter "You have the authority to make us pant and sweat, yet when it comes to the new transfer student without any doctor papers yet alone the identification for her condition you hesitate? How did you become our teacher witch such wavering morals"  

"It's final it can't be helped"

"Did you forget just because your the two time winner Olympic that was our recommendation that got your wounded self her a respectable job with good salary even without any teaching experience"

Her posture stiffens and she stammers her words "N-no of course not" 

"Then as if your truly grateful you should be proper teacher and follow the right procedures unless..you want certain changes to be made"I give a quick glare paralysing her, now she's simple putty in my hands "Give her the fitness outdoor tests" I order, her mouth drops.

"But it's 2 degrees out there" 

I tilt my head "So? It's her concern for transferring into the year late, the exercise should warm her up. If she actually cares for the weather she should have transferred during the summer with her sister, and I'm sure you can agree with me when fitness examination is needed with with new students specially if there's no data"

Not even needing to wait for a reply I trot off back to the corner "Just to let you know, what will happen if you don't follow correct procedures is that I'll have to look for a new defect Olympic player for a role of our teacher" I tilt my head slightly so she can see my profile.

Mallow Pov 

"Miss?" I look up questionably at my sport teacher Mrs.Tanaka. She's been staring at me with a complex look at me for the pass two minutes and something in her demeanor told me something not right.

Her eyes finally connect with mine in a heated stare or glare, whatever she was muddling her brain now fizzled out "You didn't give me correct medical papers, I cannot allow you to just sit here" 

My eyes widen at her words I tilt my head back staring at her dumbfound "But you and the school accepted it before" 

She pauses taking in a deep breath of air into her lungs "I didn't read until now, while it may have slipped pass the school department as a teacher in charge of exercising your bodies unless you give definite proof along with your physical or mental condition you must take part in this class"

My lax at the sudden turn of events my brain stopping before I can think of an appropriate response. Why does this have to happen? This never happened before, no one questions it in middle school so why now? Why is high school suddenly so different or is because Seiji influence doesn't work over here?

"..I can't take part in this class" I reply after a few heavy minutes of silence, Mrs.Tanka eyes drop down with uncertainty for a brief second. 

"Then walk out of here" I can barely hear her voice, she speaks up again with more conviction her voice vibrating against the gym halls "If you can't do a simple thing as give proper documents or excuse to sit out of this class then go straight to the principal office and explain yourself to him" 

Her voice attracting the rest of the class they all shift to a stop curiously turning to us, "If your not going to ditch like a rotten princess then take the fitness regime outside!" 

Outside? In this weather? It feels like it could snow any day now. My body involuntarily shivers at the thought of that idea, hastily standing up seeing a few girls behind enjoying the show to pint point Ai Mori group not trying to conceal their delightful faces I quickly make a retreat to the principle office.

Ai Mori Pov 

"Serves her right the hog" Mari smiles widely watching in amusement as the sakamaki girl leaves the gym in a rush.

"Hey, do you want to tell Subaru-sama or should I?" Mayoi giggles to herself, it's obvious she's wants to it and is going to. I bit the inside of my cheek trying to conceal the irritantance bubbling inside of me.

"Ai-sempai your amazing, you got that pig in trouble" Hime praise me meaninglessly I tut throwing the ball at 'Lassy' hitting her head squarely, not sparing to fake an apologetic look now that Mrs.Tanaka can't say anything to me; not anymore. 

"Ai-chan what's wrong?" Mai questioningly me so obliviously it riles me up even further, I grip the next ball in my hand my ill intent growing.

"Just because a vermin scattered away doesn't meant it won't come back,cockroaches and  millipedes are low disguising bugs that squirm around and tend to be highly resistant" I grit my teeth my grip tightening.

"Ai sempai?"

"All that defect sport girl did is let her go and run away" I hiss.

"C-come on now Ai-sempai she's going to the principal office" Hime tries to soothe Mayoi glances off to the main doors where that vermin left.

"We don't even know if she's actually going" She murmurs, the two shoot her aggravated looks.

"Plus she's with the Sakamaki family the principal won't do much" I snarl throwing the ball to another unfortunate soul who was paired up with Subaru last time though he wasn't there for most past.

The girls head turns their heads down disadvantage with the outcome, this only gave her chance to escape with minuscule embarrassment. Does that dumb teacher don't think I see what she did? She gave a purposely scolded her in front of the class and sent her to the office like as some punishment, or gave her an excuse to leave and convince that principal of ours. 

"Honestly.." I tut adjusting my glasses before running my hand down my short dark locks "If we want to exterminate the thing I guess we have to do it ourselves"

I guess I'll have to look for new sport teacher one that's an easy pawn this time...
