Condition #19 ~ For three years of marriage, a plan to have children isn’t allowed. If a child is conceive, divorce is not an option until the child reach eighteen where s/he can support him/her self..

 

Quietly Lydia watches Michelle sort out a file as she moves around her office looking for the older relating files to the one she had assign her to do. Impress, Lydia nods her head behind Michelle’s back before typing furiously on her laptop.

Michelle clears her throat as she sat down on one of the armchair across from Lydia. “So, divorcing, huh?” Michelle said it as casual as she can but curiosity was killing her from the inside. She couldn’t understand why anyone would want to divorce a hunk like Harvey.

Lydia stops what she doing and raises an eyebrow at Michelle who looked disappointed as she got back to her work.

Lydia felt annoyed at Michelle, she knew it was unfair for her but she figure it out why she was asking and even she didn’t want to have a divorce but he does and nothing will change his mind and everyone knows that.

“I mean, I seriously don’t get it. He’s intelligent, mysterious, super rich and super hot!” Michelle continues gush how hot Harvey is and her imagination of his body.

Lydia slowly faced Michelle fully. This girl just can’t take a hint! She yelled in her head. Lydia eventually cleared her throat as Michelle went to details of what she would do to him in bed. “I don’t know if you have forgotten or if you’re aware. The file you’re doing need a presentation and Harvey needs that in…” She trail off as she check her wrist watch. “Ten minutes.”

Michelle looked at Lydia in horror as she goes back to what she’s doing. Frantically, she went all around Lydia’s office looking for the things she needed. Now and again, she couldn’t help but glare at Lydia. She couldn’t help but hate her and she doesn’t know if is it because she’s not helping her or she’s married to the guy she’s been after for nearly ten years now.

Michelle knew that Harvey never recognise her and she knew he won’t because she looked different now. When they were both in university, she had looked the typical average nerd but she worked hard for him to notice her.

She work out, started wearing makeup, fix her hair, bought the latest fashion and worked all around until she landed for an interview with Harvey. She knew that she caught his eyes and that’s why she seduce him but only to find out a plain teacher-like had caught him first.

“I need the files for the Gibson contract.” Harvey stormed into the room without bothering to knock.

Michelle jump in surprise and looked at Lydia in horror. Lydia took a quick side glance at Michelle and she knew Harvey won’t be happy. “I’m sorry, it’s not ready yet but it would be ready in ten minutes.”
