The Tale of Friendship (Part 5)

She went back to her old ways when pills and razors became her best friend. Her Aunt Wanda had her funeral at the same church but a closed casket. After burying her Amythest slowly stopped going to the church and began to lose her way. There was a person at the church named Tyler who would often flirt with her and touch her in ways she never liked when nobody was watching, however because she felt dead she no longer cared she was being used. She would take anger and frustration out on herself the razors helped remind her she wasn't dead while the pills helped her wish she was. After losing her spiritual sister Patty she gave up trying to be happy or to even find happiness. She felt it wasn't meant for her or meant to be at all. One night while her parents was sleeping she walked outside at night to the highway bridge ready to jump and let go but for some reason she felt someone holding her feet down and just couldn't move at all. She tried and tried to move her feet crying in frustration wanting to end it but gave up and finally was able to move again to walk back home. Amythest would always be brought in the middle of her fathers scandals and was blamed for his mistakes. She knew what type of person he was and the secrets she had to hold to keep peace in the family. He would often have her take "special pictures" for his lady friends and do his cooking for him so he wouldn't get caught that he was constantly out somewhere with a different girl each day.

 Amythest felt more and more uncomfortable and unsafe around him and hardly left her room or even talked because she just couldn't find her words anymore. One day her family decided to take a road trip and leave her behind so she decided to stay up late and watch someone play a game on Twitch. She looked and then remembered a game her friend recommended that she look up and tried to watch and she found a few people playing but had a lot of people which she didn't care for being in popular rooms because it made her uncomfortable. She finally found a room that for some odd reason drew her to it and clicked it and saw that the player was just beginning to play the game and she was so happy. She was going to just sit back and watch and not really say anything to him like she usually did to livestreamers but he said hello to her and she thought she would say hello back and leave it at that, however things didn't go that way like she planned. The streamer Scott and his brother (Aiden) who was on the phone speaker to where she was able to hear him as well. Aiden cracked alot of jokes that made her laugh so hard she spit her drink out. She completely felt better with them and no longer felt alone and a strange connection with them but didn't know why, it was as if fate was pulling her to them. She laughed like she had never laughed in years and they talked the whole night away and the next day she added them to her Facebook wanting to get to know more about them. She hoped that one day they could all be best friends someday in the near future. Aiden noticed Amythest had a thing for Scott and hooked them up together in hopes to help Scott move on. Scott agrees to ask her out and she happily accepts it. Aiden was quiet and said that now his brother was happy he'd leave them alone and go away. 

Amythest didn't want that at all because she enjoyed Aiden's company and loved him as much as she loved Scott. So she pushed for him to stay to eventually he agrees not knowing why but she was ok with that as long as she still got to talk to him. The relationship with Scott was rocky it was almost as if he didn't know what he truly wanted or at least wasn't truly ready for a relationship yet. He often asked for pictures and for her to send videos or voice clips of her playing with herself. Amythest never liked that but because she loved him and wanted him happy she did it for him. After he would play with himself he would hang up the phone and go to sleep. She often felt used by him and it brought back terrible memories for her but in the back of her mind she told herself that it wasn't that bad. Though she was dating Scott she often talked to his brother Aiden and felt closer to him and trusted her secrets to him, secrets she wouldn't tell anybody. Aiden understood her pain well and wanted her to lean on him and she agrees but she also wanted him to lean on her as well because she felt pain coming from him as well and wanted to help him through it. The safe place she lost she found again in Aiden and felt so close to him. Amythest and him would take from sun up to sun down and he told her that he felt she was his mother in another life and she felt the same and he wanted to call her mama. 

Amythest often was asked to be a mother to people but denied them because she don't feel like she deserved it but for some reason she allowed him to and happily took on the mother role for him. She made sure to do her best for her son but it was her son that gave her a second chance at life and to be a mother again and that was an amazing gift she could ever receive. Aiden even would talk about his relationship he had with his boyfriend that she loved hearing about, it was as if she was there herself and able to see everything. Scott finally admits to using Amythest for his own enjoyments and was never in love with her and breaks up with her and though Amythest was heartbroken she feared because he was leaving her life that she would lose her son as well. Her son stayed by her side watching over her and helped her through her heartbreak and eventually after talking some sense into Scott. Scott said that he had fallen in love with her and wanted to give their relationship another try and this time he meant it. Amythest was happy to give him another try hoping that things would change for the better. She loved Scott but as days went by she questioned the relationship because she felt something was very off and Amythest she knew that feeling very well because it was the same that she had with Kyle. Scott and Kyle was very much alike and maybe for her a bit too much alike. Scott proposes to her near Christmas saying he wanted to be with her forever and couldn't wait to start a new life together. 

Amythest was so happy, however fate had other plans for her. Scott drew further and further away and would only once again contact when he wanted pictures and videos which it hurt Amythest but she kept her silence trying to make it work. When Valentine's Day came she decided to make a special video for him and wrote him a poem. She showed the video to him however he wasn't too impressed nor didn't seem to care and as for the poem he didn't say much to that as well. When her son found out he lit a fire in Scott and Scott quickly made an excuse then said he really liked the video and even made a quick poem. Amythest knew something was up and wrong and it didn't take her long to find out what was going on because deep down she already knew. Scott messaged her saying he wanted to talk and her son quickly messaged her apologizing for everything but she didn't understand why until her son said she knows what he wanted to do. Amythest knew Scott wanted to break up and he admitted to having feelings for someone else. She wishes him happiness not wanting him to stay if he didn't love her nor didn't want him to choose. Her heart was torn to pieces that she just didn't want to fall in love ever again. Scott didn't hesistate to move and Amythest secretly kept watching over him to make sure that he was alright and then one day she saw a notification the day after her son said he got engaged that also Scott proposed to her new girlfriend. She watched the video smiling with tears in her eyes happy for them both. She was hurt by Scott because she loved him but also happy for him to find a beautiful woman he could cherish and hold
