chapter 31: Aww cute shit

It was another Saturday and Thomas was at the bookstore.
Hercules and Aaron were chatting with him when Thomas smacked his forehead.
"What's wrong tommy?" Aaron asked.
"#1 don't call me that and #2 the fangirls who tried to steal the biographies of Lin Manuel Miranda are back." Thomas said.
"What are they back here for aren't all the copies sold out?" Hercules asked.
"Yeah but now they're here for the audio book of the biography." Thomas said.

"Grab it!" The ringleader of the group of girls yelled. The girls started grabbing things and started to run out the store.
Thomas called security and then started to chase the girls around the mall.
Hercules and Aaron stared at each other and started running after Thomas.

When Thomas got home he saw Angelica sitting with Maria and Theodosia.
"Omigod Thomas did those Lin Manuel fangirls come back to the book store?" Angelica asked.
Thomas put a hand on his chest as he regained his breath.
"Yes this time they tried to steal his audio book. Hercules, Aaron and I literally had to chase them around the mall for 45 minutes. Then we had to call their parents to get them." Thomas said.

"Thomas you need to ban them from coming from the bookstore that's unacceptable." Maria said.
"Yeah those girls are lucky that you didn't press charges." Theodosia added.
Angelica walked to Thomas's side and guided him to the table.
"Maybe you should press charges to teach those girls a lesson." Angelica said.
"Nah they're to young. But I might ban them from the store." Thomas said.

Maria and theodosia stood up.
"Well Angelica we'll leave you with your boo." Maria said.
Angelica smiled and rolled her eyes.
"We're going to go check on Aaron and hercules they're probably exhausted." Theodosia said.
The 4 all gave each other hugs and then left.

"So what are we doing tonight?" Thomas asked as he kissed Angelica's neck.
Angelica giggled but then pushed thomas off of her.
"My parents are going to a banquet tonight and Eliza's going to a party with Alexander so mom wanted me to watch Peggy." Angelica said. "I don't know why Peggy's in the 7th grade and almost 13 she's old enough to watch herself."

"I mean she's your parents youngest. Parents are always overprotective with the youngest." Thomas said.
"Kind of makes me glad I'm the oldest." Angelica said as she Walked to the fridge.
"How about tonight we make some spaghetti and salad." Angelica said.
"And garlic bread we can't forget about the garlic bread." Thomas said.
"We don't have any garlic bread though." Angelica said.
"Looks like we'll have to go to the store." Thomas said enthusiastically. Angelica groaned.

-one trip to the grocery store later-

Thomas opened the door and Angelica stepped into the house kicking her Crocs off.
"I'm finally home. My feet are kIlLiNg me." Angelica said as she sat at the kitchen table.
Thomas sat next to her feeling Angelica's stomach.
Angelica was seven months pregnant and was huge. Thomas couldn't believe that in a few months their child would be here.

"I'm getting big aren't I?" Angelica asked.
"Yeah but you're beautiful." Thomas said.
"Wait say that cheesy ass pickup line you said like a while ago." Angelica said.
"What. You're the hottest Cheeto in the bag?"
"Yup that one." Angelica said getting up and giving Thomas a hug.
"I love you." She said.
"I love you too hot Cheeto now let's get dinner going." Thomas said.

"SHIT!" Angelica yelled.
"What happened babe?" Thomas asked rushing to her side.
"The whole stick of butter went into the pot." Angelica said facepalming.
"Angelica relax a little and just focus." Thomas said. "It's not like your cooking for Oprah."
Angelica sighed.
"Ok." She said as she grabbed the tongs and fished the stick of butter out the pot of boiling water.
The doorbell rang.
"Can you answer it it's probably my mom and peggy." Angelica said as she threw the stick of butter in the trash.

Thomas answered the door as Catherine and Peggy walked in.
Catherine sniffed the air and smiled.
"Smells good in here what are you guys making?" Catherine asked.
Spaghetti." Thomas answered.
"Yes my favorite!" Peggy yelled. "Where should I put my bag?" Peggy asked.
"In the babies room." Thomas answered.
Peggy walked away and Catherine gave Thomas a hug.
"How have you been thomas?" She asked.
"Good. Except today was crazy those girls came back into the bookstore today." Thomas said.
Catherine sighed.
"Good lord." She said.

Thomas and Catherine heard Phillip honk the car horn and Catherine shook her head.
"I better be leaving bye angelica!"
"Bye mom!" Angelica yelled back.
Thomas walked into the kitchen where he saw Angelica putting the spaghetti noodles inside the pot.
"See you're doing great." Thomas said and Angelica gave Thomas a death stare.
"You're cooking dinner for the rest of the month." Angelica said and Thomas laughed.

"So Peggy how are things with you and John Laurens?" Angelica asked.
"Angelica shutup." Peggy said to gritted teeth.
"Who's John laurens?" Thomas asked.
"Nobody." Peggy answered quickly.
"Some boy in her grade she likes." Angelica said laughing.
"Aww Peggy has a crush." Thomas said.
Peggy glared at Angelica.
"I hate you." She said.
"Love you too." Angelica said smiling. "But back to John so how are things going."
"His birthday party is next month and he's doing go karting I don't know if I should go or not." Peggy said.

"Do you want to go?" Angelica asked.
"Yeah sure." Peggy answered.
"Then go!" Angelica yelled.
"It's going to be awkward." Peggy said.
"Peggy do you want me to come to the party with you just incase shit goes down?" Angelica asked.
Peggy nodded.
"Alright then I'll be there- I'm not sure if I'll be able to go kart though because I'm huge and pregnant but I'll try to squeeze in a car." Angelica said.
Peggy smiled.
"Thanks Angelica I love you." Peggy said.
"I love you too." Angelica said.
Thomas smiled.
"Aww sisterly love kind of makes me wish I wasn't an only child." Thomas said.

"Believe me Thomas there are times when I want to be an only child." Peggy said.
Angelica hit her arm.
"Hey!"
"What don't tell me you've never had that thought before." Peggy said
Angelica smirked.
"That's what I thought I still love you though." Peggy said.
