Uhmmm!!
Whats on my mind today?
This morning I woke up with the word Toadstool in my head.
Lets see what it means;
Toadstool; A spore-bearing fruiting body of a fungus, typically in the form of a round cap on a stalk, especially one that is believed to be inedible or poisonous. ( google dictionary) or
Any of various mushrooms having a stalk with an umbrella like cap especially the agarics.( www.dictionary.com)
Toadstool, just the name makes it look and sound sinnister.
Yes another word for mushrooms.
I love the fact that there's so many on the market now.
Those that look weird, but taste great, and the normal ones that have been around for years.
There's the innocent looking ones but are potent, especially if picked from the ground yourself.
I'm a great believer if it's not your area of expertise, leave it alone. Get the ones that have been trialed and tested.
Toadstools, not a very attractive name, but an interesting subject indeed.
