Uhmmm!!
Whats on my mind today?
This morning I woke up with the word Sleep 😴 💤 in my head.
Lets see what it means;
Sleep;A condition of body and mind which typically recurs for several hours every night in which the nervous system is inactive, the eyes closed, the postural muscles relaxed and consciousness pratically suspended( google dictionary)
Sleep 💤 😴 is absolutely neccessary for our bodies to rest and recouperate.
Without it we would not function properly and we would become very ill and sick.
Although the body is unconscious, but lots takes place while we are asleep. There is cellular activity and repairing going on and growth is at it's most highiest when we sleep.
With lots of day time activities taking place it can sometimes make it hard to get Sleep at night as we have overstimulated our brain 🧠.
Plus with work being around the clock these days, for some people who are shift workers , working all sorts of hours, sleep would be very hard to achieve.
Sleep 💤 😴 🛏 Don't take it for granted,
But do take it for Good Health and a good life.
