Uhmmm!!
Whats on my mind today?
This morning I woke up with the word Sleep in my head.
Lets see what it means;
Sleep; A condition of the body and mind which typically recurs for several hours every night, in which the nervous system is inactive, the eyes closed, posteral muscles relaxed, and unconscious practicaly suspended. ( google dictionary) or
To take the rest afforded by a suspension of voluntary bodily functions and the natural suspension, complete or partial of consciousness.( www.dictionary.com)
Sleep is absolutely essential for us. It's the function where by the body rests and restores itself.
Without sleep we become blubbering annoying, irritable and unfunctional people. There are so much distractions these days that our bodies have become out of kilter. We need to make sure we quieten our souls before we lay down to sleep.
Sleep is also the zone where our imaginations come to life, and our waking hours can be turned around. Just trust and believe.
