Uhmmm!!
Whats on my mind today?
This morning I woke up with the word sick in my head.
Lets see what it means;
Sick; Affected by physical illness.
( google dictionary) or
To have an illness, to be tired of something or sorrowful about something.( www.yourdictionary.com)
Uhmm!!
Sick, at times in our life this is, and cannot be helped. We are people who are always on the go and sometimes we do so much that our bodies cannot recouperate as quickly as we would like and therefore we are forced to stop.
It's not a bad thing, as it's the bodies way of telling us Slow Down and rest, and rest you must.
We are so fortunate in this day and age, where there is a lot of intelligence at work in the medical field, the holidtic field and alternative medicine field.
So our approach to wellbeing is in our own hands. Afterall help cannot be given unless we approve first.
