"are you sure you're ok?" leigh worriedly asked luke who just rolled his eyes and threw his classic black book-bag over his shoulder.

"you asked me that a million times and i said yes a million times." leigh sighed and slammed the door of the black volvo s80 and started walking towards the school to catch up to luke.

"you're my little brother, lucas. i'm just caring." luke didn't respond, he just quickly entered the school and darted to his classroom.

"i have news," leigh's best friend ollie appeared next to her with an excited smile. "ashton irwin cheated on his riley clifford at the party! no one knows with who though," she frowned then shrugged.

leigh stopped walking.

"a-ashton has a girlfriend?" he gulped, her eyes wide. ollie laughed lightly and looked at her best friend as if she were the stupidest person alive. "yes, leigh everyone knows that." leigh shook her head.

"well i didn't!" she sheriked.

"wait -" ollie paused and looked at leigh, "did - was it you?" leigh crossed her arms and shifted on her feet and nervously laughed. "of course not." ollie gave her a questioning look but shrugged it off and continued walking.

she felt a pair of eyes on her as she grabbed things from her lockers and uncomfortably tucked a strand of hair behind her ear and slammed her locker shut and darted down the hallway. she nearly screamed as she felt a hand grasp onto her forearm and cover her mouth, dragging her into the janitors closet. she saw the back of the familiar boy lock the door and turn and look at leigh.

"you didn't tell anyone, right?" ashton scolded. leigh immediately nodded. ashton sighed of relief, "good. make sure no one knows it was you and if anyone asks, i was too drunk, i didn't lead you on, and it was just some random whore who convinced my drunk self that it was alright. i can't loose riley, so you better fucking go along with this story or i swear i will make your life a living hell, got it?" leigh was wide eyed and she swallowed the lump in her throat and nodded.

"i-i understand." she whispered, fixing her white silky blazer and ran her hand up and down her arm.

"g-g-good." ashton rolled his eyes, mocking her stuttering. "leave after the bell rings or people will suspect shit and start talking." leigh didn't say anything, she didn't even look up to watch ashton leave and sneakily close the door.

"i'm fucked," she whispered to herself while sliding down the door and hugging her knees to her chest and letting tears fall.
