You know there's two sides to one coin.
Just like to a person.
One there consious
Then the other their sub consious
They tie together somehow
But what happens when they fight
I can tell you mine
But I'd cost my sanity
For just delving into their fight
Will cause me great strife
You see
Not everyone can choose
Which is best
Sometimes it's a pretty close call
Do you try to help the pain giver
Or cut her off
Do you try to save her
Or leave to save yourself
It's all a choice
And one hard at that
Can your thoughts choose
Or do they just tie you up more
Is it possible to have a chain of thoughts bind you
Hold you to where you drown
Only seeing the void
In which nothing seems right
It throws so many ideas
Your way but then breaks them down along with your hope
It's how thoughts work they save you and crush you all at once
Do I shut them off
And just do whatever
Or do I pull threw the void
And become a demon for it
For no angel can live in a void
For it'll become a fallen
Her sanity will drain
And her madness will remain
For your thoughts are the void and if consumed
Then the void has become your power
Yet it's your weakness too
Which will you choose
I wonder which face would you land on
the sub consious
Where you go with whatever
And let everything slip by
Or the consious
Where you let pain threw
And self loath
It's all really you
It's an easy choice either this or that
Yet it seems to be a burden
To carry both
Yet if you choose one only
It seems to hurt you and others
In the long run
So will I choose sanity or insanity
