-6:30 A.M.-
As the sun shone from the crack in the bedroom window, there was a gleam of light rising slowly making Guren open his eyes to realize it was already morning.
"Hey, it's morning already", Guren replied as he woke up.
"Huh, ohh my gosh, how long have I been asleep?" "What's going on?" Beni sighed as she sat up in bed.
"You got scared during the movie last night, so we went into the other room and I guess we both ended up falling asleep in there." I didn't want us to go walking around in the dark." Guren said.
"Do the others know?" she asked
"Uhh, I guess not." he wasn't sure how to answer that.
After their conversation, they went to go seee if the nothers had waken up yet. Of course, they were in the middle of breakfast.
"Morning you two!" Chooki replied while flipping some more pancakes. "Did you sleep well?"
"Of course they did, they were asleep in each others arms." Toxsa teased.
"It wasn't like that at all!" replied an embarrased Beni.
"Yeah", said Guren trying to defend themselves.
"Ahh, you don't have to hide anything, if you liked each other so much, you should've just said so." Ceylan said, being so amused. "Just come sit down and get some breakfast, you two lovebirds!!"
"I actually need to be getting back home" said Beni.
"Let me go with you, Beni, my house is down that way anyway." Guren replied.
"Well isn't that sweet" said Chooki as Guren and Beni walked out the door.
As they were walking to Beni's apartment, Beni was about to tell Guren something that will change their lives forever.
"I'm sorry for all of that Beni, I didn't think they would say something like that." Guren apologized. "They like making jokes for some reason."
"Guren, I have something to tell you" Beni said.
"Sure, what is it?" he asked.
"Those things they said, they weren't wrong." she replied.
"So, what are saying exactly?" Guren wondered.
She took a deep breath and said, "I like you, Guren."I know that I'm unable to express my feelings, when I met up with you after Villius was destroyed." It wasn't an act, it was real." she said, glad that she had gotten that off her chest.
Guren was silent at first, but then he said "I... I like you too!"
