*Hayes POV*

What Jack J said was totally embarassing but i was hoping would come true. Maddie's so funny and pretty and nice and uggghhh.

We finished the video and went downstairs and sat on the couch.

        "So what do we do now?" Jack G. asks.

        "Let's play Truth or Dare!" Shawn suggests. We all nod.

        "I'll start! Hayes truth or dare?" Nash smirks. Oh crap.

        "Dare...?" That sounded more like a question then an answer but oh well.

        "I dare you to kiss Maddie!" Nash high fives Cam and Matt.

I look over to Maddie who is blushing and looking at the ground.

        "Guys what the hell no. Why her?" I lie.

*Maddies POV*

Aww. i felt kind of sad that he didn't wanna kiss me. I knew he didn't like me. All of my thoughts were interrupted by smooth lips meeting mine. It was Hayes. I thought he didn't want to kiss me? At that point I didn't really care because our lips were moving together, his hand on my waist and my hand on his neck. The kiss lasted for about 45 seconds until I pulled away. I didn't want to, but i realized everyone was starring at us. Our foreheads were still touching and we smiled at each other. Then the doorbell rang.

        "I'll get it! It's PIZZZAAAAAAA!!!!" I yell running to the door. I needed to get away from the awkwardness that was filling the room.

I payed for the pizzas and walked into the kitchen and the boys followed.

        "So how was the kiss?" Cam whispered to me.

        "Good." I winked and then started eating.

The whole time we were eating Hayes and I were looking at each other smiling. To be honest, I hope what Jack said was true. But Hayes didn't even want to kiss me so I know for a fact that he doesn't like me. I feel bad that he had to kiss me. Maybe when we're done I'll pull him aside and tell him sorry that he had to kiss me. That's gonna be so hard because I really like him.

After we ate, I decided I was going to pull Hayes aside and tell him I'm sorry.

        "Hayes, can I talk to you?" I whisper in his ear.

        "Of course." he smiles. Oh his smile ughh.

*Hayes' POV*

        She asked if she can talk to me. When she whispered that to me, chills went up and down my spine. She so beautiful. Not hot. Hot girls aren't truly beautiful like she was. It would be disrespectful to call a girl as pretty as her "hot".

        She took me upstairs in her room. She sat me down on the bed and went next to me.

        "Hayes...." she started but was interrupted by everyone (and I mean EVERYONE) bursting through the door.

        "OOOOHHHHH WERE YOU GUYS GONNA MAKE OUT I'M SO SORRY!!" Nash yells and smirks.

        "No I-" Maddie blushes. She's so cute when she blushes.

        "Well it doesn't matter now." Cam interrupts. "We're going to the fair so get ready!"

        "YAY!" Maddie yells and everyone looks at her. We all laugh hysterically.

        "What I like fairs." she giggles.

*Maddie's POV*

        Oh well. I guess I'm not sorry that he had to kiss me so I just won't say anything. But we are going to a fair!!!! I love them!!! Cam called the limo driver thingy and we all went in. I sat next to Matt and Carter. Carter kept smiling and laughing at everything i did. I don't really know why... oh well. Matt and I became really close and now he's like my best friend.

Every time I glanced over to Hayes' perfect face, I saw a look of... anger? I don't really know. But what is there to be angry at? I'll ask him when we get there.

*Hayes' POV*

Carter was so flirting with Maddie. That made me sooo mad. She's not even mine (yet) and I was about to punch Carter in the face. She was also talking to Matt but I saw in his eyes that he had no interest in her. Good Matt.

We finally got there and Maddie came right over to me.

        "You okay?" she asked. She's so caring.

        "Yeah I'm fine." I smiled and grabbed her hand. She interlocked our fingers and smiled up at me. I hardly know her so I can't ask her out now but I'm going to get to know her by the time we get back.
