Chapter 10: Back to the Future

An: Hey guys. I'm back with another chapter and now I have almost 140 reads. Thanks so much. Anywho, I hope you enjoyed the last chapter and I hope you enjoy this one.

"Okay guys. The Time Machine is ready." Bulma told the guys.

They flew to the top, taking their seats in the little space. Vegeta and Goku squished against the window.

As the time machine was flying up, Aelia flew up there with them and told yelled, "Good Luck!! And bring Morgan back!!" She had faith in them.

Then the Time Machine disappeared and off they went.

After a while, they made it to the future. Opening the hatch Goku fell out, feeling very dizzy. Of course Vegeta made fun of him for it.

They thought about finding Black and the best way to do it was to let him know that they were there.

Black was still on the building watching Morgan sleep. He hasn't woken up yet. Black was about to wake him up when he sensed a couple of powerful energies. He assumed it was Trunks and the other men. He left Morgan alone on the building and made his way over to the men.

Upon seeing them, Black confusingly tells himself "I thought I destroyed the time machine."

Vegeta points at himself, "Let me tell you that this Super Saiyan Blue will be the one to defeat you." he says confidently.

"Also, where's Morgan?!" Yells Goku, staring at Black with anger. Black just smirked, pointing at a random building before shooting it with a ki blast.

"MORGAN!!!"

All of their faces held anger towards this man. "Trunks! Go find Morgan!!" Vegeta commanded. Trunks didn't argue and he went to the building hoping to find Morgan.

Black starts clapping, "Wonderful. So this is what a warrior race clad looks like in godly Ki."

He shows up right in front of Vegeta and with two fingers lifts his chin. "You've trained well."

Surprised, Vegeta leaps back, wondering how he got there that fast.

He took no time to go straight at Black and punched him threw a couple of walls. He continues punching him, Black is blocking his hits.

Goku was trying to pay attention but he kept glancing at the building Black destroyed and noticed Trunks struggling to find Morgan.

He put his attention back on the fight. Vegeta had Black on the ground and was still throwing punches and not holding back. The force so powerful it created crater after crater. He would've kept going if it weren't for Black smiling at him.

Surprised again, he jumped back. Black came out of the craters and stood there.

He dusted himself off before launching himself at Vegeta and kicking him in the abdomen, sending Vegeta flying back.

At that moment Trunks came back and saw his father fly back into a rock. "Father!!" He had a concerned and panic look on his face. "Guys! I couldn't find Morgan anywhere!"

"What?!?!" Vegeta and Goku had panic in their voices. They were now more worried than before.

"Damn you!! Where the hell is Morgan?!?!" Vegeta yelled.

Black stayed where he was and began laughing. It was softly at first but then it got louder. "You want to know where Morgan is? Fine! He's on that building, knocked out. If you want him, you better hurry before I shoot the building down. You have 10 seconds. 10."

Trunks immediately went flying towards the building Morgan was on.

"9."

He was almost there.

"8."

He didn't know which exact building it was since there were still a few up.

"7."

Black smiled to himself, obviously enjoying this little game.

"6."

Trunks finally found the building Morgan was on and was making his way there.

"5."

Goku and Vegeta were anxious. They were running out of time.

"4."

Trunks found Morgan laying on top of the building. He was still unconscious.

"3."

He tried to wake Morgan up but he wasn't even making a sign that he was alive.

"2."

Trunks couldn't wait any longer, so he grabbed Morgan and carried him bridal style and flew as fast as he can from the building.

"1!!" 

Black shot a blast at the building and they watched it crumble down into pieces and dust.

Trunks and Morgan barely made it out. He flew back to Goku and Vegeta with Morgan in his arms.

He put Morgan on the floor and checked to see if he was still alive. When he heard his heartbeat and his breathing, a sense of relief went over them.

"So you made it. Congratulations."
They gazed at Black with even more anger than before.

"What did you do to him?!" Goku angrily asked Black.
"I didn't do anything." he said with a smirk. "But I can tell you what I witnessed before you got here."

They eyed him questionably, contemplating whether they should hear what he's about to imply.

"You see this young boy didn't seem afraid of me. It appeared as though he was going to accept his fate of death."

They glared at him, not believing a word.

"And you know what else? He even put on a show. He was singing so passionately, and also being so reckless. He fell off the building, and as he was falling he was still singing. If it weren't for me he'd be dead right now."

"Liar!!" Vegeta was pissed, like beyond pissed. "He wouldn't do something like that at a time like this!!"

"Why don't you ask him yourself. Morgan, isn't everything I just told them true?"

No one noticed that Morgan had woken up nor did they know that he heard everything.

Morgan didn't know what to say. He was always told not to lie so he simply said, "Yes. It's all true."

Goku, Vegeta, Trunks, even Black all expressed their shock.

Black shook his head and smirked evilly, enjoying the stunned faces of the Saiyans.
