Freaking out I run to every spot in the building I could think of for angel to be. Not being to find her is impossible until I come across a document I wasn't supposed to see. "Surgery scheduled in lab 404 for today, random test." Oh my god. There's no way they could have angel.despite my better judgement of the people I thought I knew, I go down to 404 anyway. on the way there the hallways get more desolate and empty. As well as poorly lit.
Approaching 404 I hear a voice, a male voice talking to himself it seems. He mentions something about a girl and an owl. I hide out of sight until the man walks out of room 404.
As soon as I know I won't be seen, I enter 404 where I see angel laying there strapped to a bed with bandages over her eyes. "angel....my darling. what have they done to you...?" After nudging her soft arm to see if she's awake, I lean down and check her pulse. "good. you're still with me." I see a window at the back of the room leading what seems to be a secret tunnel of some sort. So I hurry, removing her from the table, and scooping her up in my arms, rushing down through the tunnel holding her close to protect her.
One tunnel turns into two tunnels and two into three and so on so forth. "where the hell do these go? is it just some huge maze?" I continue down the halls I find a huge room where cages hang from the ceiling, within those cages are these...things. By things I don't mean ordinary things you'd find in a normal basement. I'm talking about creatures. Some living, some....well..trying.
Oh my god. what are they doing to all these people? or animals? or whatever they are. It was all just. Morbid. Really morbid. Parts of each creature looked human but they had these crazy deformities on them. None being natural.
were they going to do something like this to angel? have they already? no. I'd kill before it happened. I decide to turn back after witnessing all of this and try another way out. "If anything I dig our way out baby girl. everything's going to be fine I promise."
"light! I see light!" an opening up ahead in a wall proves the possibility of a secret exit, making our way to it and almost running at that. But before I can really feel relieved I hear footsteps behind me. "hey! who is that! come back here with her!" "hell no!" I shout in anger at who I'm sure is the doctor that messed with my girl. Instead I just start running toward any light I see. hoping for an exit.
