Hi! Everyone this is my first story so i hope you like it. :)

Entry # 1

" Mom, I'm going out to the fields."

"Okay sweetie, but be back before dinner."

it was six o'clock pm when i went outside to do stargazing.I always like to see stars because i feel that they're somewhat special.

 when i came to the fields i sat down on my usual spot when suddenly i felt someone pushed me from behind. I heard him laugh so hard i knew who it was.

it was my best friend Gabe.

"Hey! Gotcha" he said while laughing at me

"what the hell is your problem? Gabe?" i yelled at him while i removed the dirt it my pants

"Oooh, Nothing just tryin' to mess with you" He smirked.

"Haha, Very funny" i said to him sarcastically

Gabe had been my bestfriend since first grade, we knew alot about each other and we like to tease too.

"You really like being out here at night, huh?" he asked 

"Yeah it takes my mind off things that aren'y really doing me any good." i answered

"Don't  you think it's kinda dangerous being out here alone? 

"I'm used to it you know that, and besides i have an idiotic yet protective bestfriend with me." I smiled at him.

"Okay fine. I'm protective but I'm not idiotic i have better grades than you." he told me with a raised voice 

"Yeah right." 

There was a moment of peaceful silence after that.

"I heard you we're moving out of town?" i asked him

"Yeah," He paused for a second. "Dad got a big promotion but we had to move to vegas" he said with a frown on his face

"that's really saddening ya' know"

"When are you leaving?" i continued to ask

"about 3 weeks from now. I'm gonna miss you M." he said as tears started to fall from his eyes.

That was the first time i saw Gabe cried like that. I've seen him cry before but not like this.

"I'll miss you too G." as i hugged him tightly while crying.

We wiped the tears in our eyes and smile and did our handshake.

and we pinky promised. :) 

"Bestfriends forever."

"Bestfriends forever."

Then i heard my mom calling out. "Maria time for dinner!" 

"Coming Mom! Gabe's with me" I said "Invite him for dinner sweetie" mom replied

"Come on gabe let's get something to eat." I said to him as i stood up

"Help me up em."

"Oh you big weenie, can't you stand up by yourself?" So i held out my hand to him and after he grabbed it he pulled me down while laughing at me 

"Hahahahha! Sucker! Race you to the house" he was laughing like an idiot as he ran away

"I'm gonna beat you into a pulp." i said while running after him

Entry #2

*At home while me and gabe catch our breaths as we reached the house while teasing and making fun of each other.

"Okay you two, stop that it's time to eat. M can you arrange the plates at the table" said mom 

"Yeah sure, Hey, gabe help me out."

after we finished arranging the plates we all sat down to eat, but we prayed first.

Mom lead the prayer. "Lord, God thank you for this wonderful meal that you gave us. May you bless us always. Thank You Amen.

"OKAY! Time to eat!" I said

After eating dinner gabe and I watched tv but after a while he went home.

"I'm going home Mrs.Thompson, Thanks for the meal."

"No problem, Get home safe." said mom

"I will, Thanks." 

Then after that gabe and i walked outside

"Hey, Em see ya at school tommorow."

"Yeah, See ya G, Bye." 

after Gabe left, I stayed on the porch for a few minutes to feel the nice cold breeze and to think through things that has been going on my mind since i heard that gabe and his parents are moving to vegas.

I been having this strange feeling these past few months for gabe. I know that it isn't nice to have other feelings for you bestfriend  or whatever.

I don't want to be heartbroken again.The last heartbreak that i had totally changed my point of view in love and life. And rejection from someone i love really hurts me deep.

I've learned from my mistakes and i'm not planning to repeat them again.

Then i felt someone pat me on my back, "Is there something wrong sweetie?" It was my mom 

"Oh, nothing mom, just trying to feel the nice cool breeze that's all."

"is it about gabe and his family?" My mom asked.

"well, that's one it's really saddening 'cause im gonna lose my bestfriend.I'll really miss him."

"Don't worry em, you can still chat him or tweet him or use skype,right?"

"yes." then i smiled she always give the nicest advice, She's the best.

"Now let's go outside you got school tommorow." then we both entered the house.
