*500,000,000 years later I crawl out from under a rock and reannounce my existance*

I cannot explain how sorry I am that this has taken well over a month for me to complete, there are a combination of reasons as to why it has taken to long, all of which I'm sure none of you really care about because hey look, i updated! For anyone who is curious though, I've been away, my parents have been away, I've had loads of assessment, i've worked some extra hours, I'm sturggling with ideas on what to put in this story (plus I'm lazy), I got a boyfriend about a month ago and we have been spending a fair bit of my writing time together as well add in my hockey and piano and BAM! Writing this story kinda just slips down the list of things to do.

I would like to say a huuuuuugggggggeeeeeeee massive THANK YOU o each and every person who has read Yesterday's Tomorrow though, as it recently hit 33k reads, 100 comments, and over 700 votes :***. i love you all so mcuh for reading that and i hope that this story lives up to your expectations.

Again, I'm sorry this took so long but things have been crazy lately. I know that this chapter kind of sucks too, but please bare with me, I'm really trying to keep this going for you all.

This has been a really long author's note, but thank you all again for reading any of my works and putting up with my crappy updates as of late.

I LOVE YOU ALL XXXXX

Please vote and comment :)

There was a lovely looking lady, she was tall and slimmed and her body held a certain character that was extremely appealing to me. She had long dark hair that she braided and let fall to the side, and her clothing was soft yet important. She had warm eyes, she looked kind, and she looked like she would be a lovely mother. I wondered if she had kids, because she seemed like the type of lady who would be good with them. The man was very friendly too, upbeat and funny. He was full of life and possessed a sort of caring air around him that I liked. They both seemed like very lovely people, and I was glad that they were finally sitting having dinner with us.

At first they seemed very shocked that I was there, like they weren’t expecting a child or something. I mean, fair enough, I know that you need a girl and a boy to make a baby, I have no idea how, but you just do. So obviously I wasn’t made by Luke and Michael, but surely they must have been told about me. Maybe they had a kid and they felt bad that they didn’t bring them along, because they didn’t’ know about me. I didn’t really mind, they looked like really nice people.

I was with Luke and Michael when they opened the door, and everyone looked so nervous o be seeing each other again. Calum and Natalie were holding hands tightly, and he looked to be whispering something in her ear to make her laugh. Luke was biting his lip like he always did when he was nervous, and Michael was playing with his fingers which was his little nervous thing. They greeted each other with an awkward hello, but hugs were then exchanged along with kisses on cheeks to and from Natalie. I was introduced to them and Natalie looked like she had seen a ghost when Michael said my name was Ashton, I didn’t ask why though.

Calum bent down and shook my hand, and Natalie gave me a kiss on the cheek too, they were very lovely. We then sat down and started talking although I was mostly listening to what they all had to say. They were all drinking except for Natalie, who was having lemonade like I was, and we were eating small things like biscuits and dip, stuff like that. It was really relaxed now that the initial greeting was done. I was quite enjoying myself.
