Newt POV

I was in bed studying for my physics exam I had the next morning at 10am. I looked over at at my alarm clock. Seeing that the time was 3am I sighed.

"Ok newt time to go to bed" I whispered to myself putting away the text book. I put the book on the ground beside my bed.

I through the covers over me and lay my head on the pillow. I closed my eyes and waited for sleep to take over.

In the quiet room I started to hear what sounded like sniffling and cry's. I opened my eyes and looked around the room to find no one else in the room.

I heard more muffled cry's that sounded like it was coming form the wall behind my bed. That's when I realized where it was coming from.

When I found out when the crying was coming from my heart sank. I ran over to my door and left my room to walk over to the room next door to me. I knocked on the door.

"Tommy love are u ok?" I asked in a worried voice.

I heard Thomas sniffle "go away newt leave me alone."

"You know how this goes darling I sit out here talking through the door to you till you let me in to talk about it face to face" I sighed while sitting down leaning against the door.

I was leaning against the door for about a half an hour talking nonsense. Before I heard something.

"And then Minho and Teresa took off down the road screaming about how the dog was going to eat them while Brenda was laughing there ass off at them"  I was rambling when all of a sudden I was fallen backwards.

"Ow" I mumbled when I hit my head off the floor. I looked up to see Thomas looking down at me with red eyes and cheeks. He looks like he has been crying all night.

"Oh darling" I sighed standing up. "Come on lets get you to bed."

I grabbed his hand and brought him over to his bed and got him to lie down. I pulled the covers over him and tucked him in.

I sat on the edge of his bed and looked at him.

"Was it the nightmares again" I asked in a quite voice.

Tears welled up in his eyes again and slightly nodded. "I just cant stop thinking about him and his abuse." He cried out letting the tears slip down his cheeks.

I placed my hand on his cheek and made him look my in the eye.

"I would never ever let your dad go near you ever again. I care about you too much to ever let you go." I said creasing his cheek. He leaned his head into my hand slightly with a small smile.

"Thanks Newt" he said lifting his head to kiss my cheek. As he pulled away my cheeks turned red.

I scratched the back of my neck and looked anywhere what wasn't Tommy's beautiful face.

"Anything for you my darling" I mumbled out

I heard Thomas giggle and looked  backed up at him to see his red cheeks and gorges smile. I smiled back at him and looked at his clock. It read 4:30am.

"Ok time to go to sleep Thomas. Ill see you in the morning." I sighed not wanting to leave him alone. I went to get off the bed when his hand grabbed my wrist.

"don't leave please" he pleaded.

"never" I whispered back. "ok move over." I said.

When he moved deeper into the bed I got in beside him.

"Goodnight newt" he whispered to me from over his shoulder.

"Goodnight love" I replied. I closed my eyes and tried to get some sleep but something didn't feel right.

I looked over at Thomas to see him asleep. 'Well it wouldn't hurt to try I can always say I did it in my sleep'.

I scooted closer to Thomas and wrapped my arms around his waist and tangled are legs together. I felt Thomas place his hands on top of mine.

I smiled and placed my head on his shoulder and when I knew Thomas was asleep I whispered into his ear "I will always love you darling."

Before fallen asleep I heard him whisper back "I will love you forever too Newt."
