On your way to the kitchen, you past the homestead and heard someone talking to themselves. The door was cracked enough to where you could poke your head in.
It was Newt's voice you had heard. He was pacing back and forth, telling himself to be man. Then you finally got why.
"Y/N is going to get swept away, I seriously need to be a man and make a move." You smiled. You had the biggest crush on Newt, and the fact that he liked you back gave you butterflies. You accidentally moved the door and it creaked open some more. Newt turned around and saw you there. "Y/N? Sorry, I thought I was alone."
"You like me." It wasn't a question, more of a statement.

Newt walked over to you, but before he could put his arms around your waist, Minho came in.
"We need your assess in the kitchen, that new greenie is causing trouble." Newt looked pissed.
"And you couldn't handle it?"
"What's got your underwear in a twist?"
